Good things here

The clubhouse has a gym and a swimming pool, both of which are well-maintained. Cleanliness is upheld. The lifts are maintained properly. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated. There are no leakages or seepages in the flat. Autos and buses are easily available near the society. There are schools nearby. read more

Things need improvement

There is a school very close to the society, which causes traffic issues during school hours. There is no cricket ground in the society. I have a 1BHK apartment which is not very spacious and does not have adequate ventilation. read more

It's been 16 years since I've been living in this society, and my experience here has been really great. The society is well-connected to the highway, making transportation easily accessible. The quality of the roads outside the society is excellent, and there are no issues with anything. One of the best parts is its proximity to the airport, which is very convenient. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no problems regarding leakage, seepage, or any infrastructure defects. The society offers a health club, swimming pool, gym, squash court, hall, garden, and everything is well-maintained and fully functional. Allocated owners' and visitors' parking is available 24x7. Water and electricity supply is consistent. Daily cleanliness is maintained with garbage being segregated into red and black categories. All festivals and functions are celebrated in the society, with multiple events happening throughout the year, from Holi to Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and more. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the building's upkeep is handled by a dedicated team. Pets are allowed in the society, but strict rules and regulations must be followed�by�pet�owners. read more

The railway station is far away from the society, which is inconvenient for residents who rely on the Mumbai local railway. There are two stations connecting to the society, Kandivali and Borivali, but it's challenging to find an auto-rickshaw to reach Kandivali station.
