Pollution levels are relatively low compared to other parts of Mumbai, but there is still room for improvement in terms of waste management and air quality. Street lights in Greater Khanada arr generally well-lit making it safe for walking post 9:00 p.m. This is specially important for residence who may need to commute or runs errands after dark. The accessibility of schools, malls, and restaurants in the locality is quite good, with a range of option available within a reasonable distance.
