Connectivity options like cabs and autos are readily available in the society, especially if we book Ola and Uber. The people in the society are very friendly and welcoming. The water facility is excellent, ensuring a continuous and reliable water supply. Additionally, there is a power backup system in place to address any electricity outages. Waste management is efficiently handled, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Essential facilities such as supermarkets, milk shops, and fruit shops are conveniently located within walking distance from the society. The ventilation in the flats is commendable, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Furthermore, maintenance charges are reasonable and depend on the square footage of the flats, ensuring fairness for all residents. read more

The construction quality in the society is poor, evident from the cracks on the walls throughout the premises. Maintenance of the lifts is also lacking, as they frequently require repairs. In our community, people are helpful and friendly. We celebrate all festivals together, with Ganesh Pooja being a grand 5-day celebration. We enjoy these festivities immensely. Maintenance is well taken care of with 30 housekeeping staff ensuring daily cleaning and garbage collection. We have 24/7 water and power supply, and the lift is well-maintained. Connectivity is excellent as we are located on the main road, with D Mart, Vijetha shopping malls, petrol bunks, schools, and hospitals all within 1 km. The road conditions are excellent, with street lights ensuring good visibility at night. Ample parking space is available, and amenities like a swimming pool and children's play area further enhance our community's appeal. read more
