Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are conveniently located within 1 km from the society, making it convenient for residents. Public transportation, like buses, is available near the main gate, around 30 meters from the society. Additionally, there is a Prakruthi Hospital nearby for emergencies. The greenery in the society is very well-maintained. read more

The construction quality is poor because the building is around 10 years old, leading to some leaks in the bedroom walls of the flats. There is noise pollution because the main road is nearby, contributing to some noise pollution in the area. Cleaning should be improved outside the society. read more

Living in this neighborhood is a real delight! The wide open spaces and beautifully kept gardens create such a serene atmosphere. Plus, everything you need is just a stone's throw away - schools, bus stops, supermarkets, and clinics are all within a convenient 2km radius. You can count on reliable water supply and efficient garbage collection services, which definitely make life easier. And despite being a decade old, the construction quality is top-notch, so no leaky surprises here! Oh, and don't even get me started on the amenities - play areas, a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and even a little grocery store for those last-minute essentials. It's frustrating when essential amenities like the swimming pool aren't well-maintained, and it's disappointing that the gym didn't meet expectations due to its size. Poor ventilation and subpar construction planning can really affect the quality of living inside the flats, and having a less than ideal road outside the society certainly adds to the inconvenience.
