Good things here
Connectivity is good, no issue in getting cabs and auto, local transport is available. Good electricity and proper garbage collection. No leakage seepage issue in the building . read more
Things need improvement
Issue with the parking, basement is not clean as water keeps standing there. Amenities couldn't be used by me as they were only allowed to the families in the society. Less interaction with society members as only certain festivals were celebrated. read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society for e-book downloads. Water facilities are very good, and there is a reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect waste and maintain cleanliness well. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious. Construction quality is very poor, and there are issues such as leaks that are very inconvenient. Hospitals are located approximately 5 kilometers away from the society, which is inconvenient. There is no visitor parking in the society. Traffic around the society is quite busy and can be inconvenient. read more

I moved out of the society around 4 years ago, during my time there, sometimes the swimming pool water was not clean because of poor maintenance. read more
