Things need improvement
The perpetual leakage issues in the flats and the high maintenance fees are major concerns. Additionally, the lack of club facilities and a defunct RWA add to the worries. We are facing a real struggle with connectivity, especially due to the poor roads and scarce availability of cabs. On top of that, the high population density and frequent power cuts are resulting in hefty electricity bills, which is definitely not ideal. read more
