Good things here
It's a really nice neighborhood, with great amenities like the pool and the layout of the apartments is just perfect. Even the 2-bedroom flats are so spacious that you can comfortably live here with your family. read more
Things need improvement
The construction of the flats isn't good. They've used cheap materials and the workmanship is sloppy, which has led to structural problems like cracks in the walls and ceilings, which could be dangerous for residents. read more

This neighborhood has everything I need � rent that I can afford, great amenities like a gym and pool, and it's in a cool area with nightlife options. read more

The area is already in bad shape, and the security in the flats isn't enough. There's not much lighting, and the cameras they have are old and don't do much to stop crime or keep residents safe. read more
