The roads are well-maintained, and with good street lighting, getting around feels safe, especially at night. Parking is also hassle-free and reasonably priced. Maintenance charges are fair, and we never have to worry about garbage piling up thanks to regular collection. And with a reliable power backup system in place, we're covered even during outages.
