Garbage collection is efficient with separate disposal of wet and dry waste. The proximity to the main road, within 100 meters, provides easy access to the busy city. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor facilities are available and well-maintained, enhancing residents' lifestyle. Nearby hospitals like Cavalry Hospital offer convenient emergency services. Public transportation, including buses, is conveniently accessible within 100 meters from the society. The parking area is spacious with designated blocks, L1 and L2, and there is additional visitor parking available. The metro station located right in front of the gate adds to the convenience of commuting. Pet dogs are allowed within the society, accommodating pet owners comfortably. Weekly owner's meetings are enjoyable and foster community spirit. Maintenance of the society is good, like the water facilities are very good, and power backup ensures continuous availability. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it regularly, ensuring cleanliness. People are friendly in the society. Amenities like playgrounds are well-maintained. Public transportation stations are available within walking distance, which is convenient. Cleanliness in the society is very good; they maintain cleanliness and hygiene well. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are too expensive at Rs. 5 per square foot that we are paying. Connectivity via cab and auto is not easily available; it takes a lot of time to get one. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available but not functioning properly. Parking is congested in the society; there are no visitor parking spaces. Association management is inefficient. Construction quality is very poor; there are many seepages and cleanliness issues in the flats, making it very inconvenient. read more
