Devanahalli is becoming a bigger neighbourhood in the city's north-eastern outskirts, around 15 kilometres or 20 minutes' drive from Kempegowda International Airport. It mostly consists of plots, followed by multi-storey apartments and villa complexes. Because of the planned expansion of employment avenues near the International Airport, the area is growing as a well-planned, open, and green residential destination with long-term investment possibilities. Brigade Orchards Parkside, Salarpuria Sattva Park Cubix, Ozone Urbana Aqua, etc. are just a few of the notable residential and commercial developments in Devanahalli. Godrej Plots is a residential enclave that showcases the best of Godrej Properties' planned development category. The project comprises large plots with opulent features. Godrej Plots is located in the centre of Devanahalli and has good connectivity. Over the next two years, total infrastructure development in the area is expected to reach considerably over $20,450 billion (US$290 billion). Real estate in the area is in high demand due to major commercial and residential development. Tipu Sultan, also known as the "Tiger of Mysore," was born at Devanahalli. Within the fort, there are various temples of exquisite architecture. The Venugopala Swami Temple is the most visited and oldest of all the temples. Read More
