Good things here
The transportation is generally good with auto and cab services available after a short 500-600m walk. Parking is available, and the hygiene is well maintained. There are combined garbage collection facilities, with boxes in the society where garbage is presumably segregated. There are three lifts two normal and one service lift. The construction quality is decent with proper ventilation. Amenities include a gym, community hall, and play area. The residents are a mix of different types of people who live cooperatively, and there is some greenery around the area.
Things need improvement
There are no buses that go directly to the society, and autos are not easily available right at the doorstep. There have been issues with seepage on the walls, which we had to fix ourselves, indicating that the builder might not have used the best quality materials. There is no clubhouse, and although there is some greenery, it could be improved and increased.

Good things here
The society is in a favorable location, ensuring everything is conveniently nearby and easily accessible. There have been no problems with water or electricity in the society. Residents enjoy convenient transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which make it easy to access essential services and facilities nearby. Moreover, the society's spacious park contributes to its charm by providing a welcoming environment for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among its residents
Things need improvement
Cleanliness should be the first priority in the society; it needs improvement. The elevators were not functioning properly. There was a sewage issue. Construction quality was not good. There were no amenities in the society

Arihant Viento is located in a posh area of Kolkata which has a progressive social infrastructure development. Public transports are available in plenty. Government buses are also serviceable in the location. The location is good.

Arihant Viento is a stunning residence. There are several amenities like indoor games and gymnasium. The elevators are high speed and there is 24/7 power backup. There is a community hall for hosting events.

I am a resident of Arihant Viento and it is a safe place to live in. It is a gated residence with 24*7 security and CCTV monitoring. The building is earthquake resistant.

Arihant Viento is a nice apartment with lots of light and ventilation. The rooms are spacious and airy and offer a stunning view. It is located on EM Bypass and provides excellent connectivity.
