Good things here
The neighborhood has convenient access to markets and transportation. However, there are some problems with leaks and dampness. There's a playground and garden, and the people living here are nice. We have continuous water supply and the place is kept clean

Good things here
The residents were friendly, and the area was kept clean. Water supply was continuous, and there were no problems with leaks or dampness. Convenient auto transportation was available nearby, along with amenities like a temple, playground, and garden

The neighborhood is a bit older, around 15 years, so it doesn't have modern conveniences like a gym, swimming pool, or individual power backup in flats.

Improving the functionality of the lift in our building would significantly enhance residents' experiences. Currently, having just one lift serving five floors results in frequent delays and overcrowding, particularly during peak hours. This situation can be especially challenging and frustrating for elderly residents or those with disabilities who may find it difficult to navigate the crowded lift or endure long wait times. Addressing these issues would greatly improve accessibility and convenience for everyone in the building.

There was no issue with anything. Everything was well-maintained and up-to-date. The only thing which should be added was the amenities like gyms, clubhouse, and swimming pools.

Good things here
I find it wonderful place to live due to its excellent maintenance and construction quality. The buildings are well-built with lift availability and everything is kept in great condition. Public parks and temples are available here, offering a variety of options for fitness, relaxation, and recreation. Security is also top-notch, ensuring that residents feel safe at all times. Malls , hospitals and schools are located nearby. No issues of seepage , cracks, water supply and electricity supply. People here are very good natured and engaging. Overall, the society provides a very comfortable and convenient living environment with everything you need to enjoy your day-to-day life.
Things need improvement
Metro station is quite far away , its about 4-5 km away from the society. Another thing that lacks here is amenities, there are no gyms, swimming pools and club houses. Parking area sometimes feels too congested.

The society doesn't have a swimming pool or clubhouse, but it does have a garden and a temple. Overall, there�s no urgent need for improvement because the society is already very good and well-maintained.

Good things here
The construction quality is quite good, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. The maintenance charges are high but affordable. The society has a temple and a park for children to play. The residents of the society are very nice.

The metro station is a bit far. The roads within the society are good, but the roads outside the society are in poor condition, with potholes that get filled with water during the rainy season. There is no gym due to space constraints.
