Good things here
The easy accessibility to public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs right outside our gates makes getting around hassle-free. Plus, having market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby adds to the overall convenience and quality of life. I'm also pleased to note that the construction quality of our society is excellent, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. The well-ventilated flats contribute to a comfortable living environment, and the timely garbage collection ensures that the surroundings remain clean and hygienic. But what truly sets this society apart is the sense of community among residents. People are friendly and cooperative, and it's heartwarming to see cultural events and festivals celebrated together.
Things need improvement
While there are many positives about our society, there are areas that could use improvement. Cleaning and maintenance, for instance, could be better managed to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep throughout the premises. Additionally, it's unfortunate that we don't have amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse, which could enhance the overall quality of life for residents. These facilities could provide opportunities for recreation and relaxation within the community.

It is an enjoyable location to reside because of how inviting and kind the neighborhood is. It is simple to move around the society because it is well-served by a variety of transportation options, including cars, buses, metro, cars, and train stations. With a variety of recreational activities, the amenities include a gym, clubs, a park, a children's play area, a swimming pool, and a gym. The homes are light and spacious because the structures are well-built, have adequate ventilation, and receive lots of sunlight. An inviting atmosphere is created by the abundance of flora. Regular rubbish collection and water tank cleaning by the maintenance crew ensures a clean atmosphere. They perform these tasks proficiently.
Things need improvement
The buildings lack elevators, which is problematic for everyone, but notably for senior citizens and people who live on higher floors. There isn't much room for residents to enjoy because the garden is limited. Furthermore, because of the society's outside position, locals may find it unnerving when snakes occasionally enter the neighborhood.

Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, ranging from schools to colleges. Children have ample space for leisure and recreation in the sprawling park, enhancing the community's appeal. Renowned for its warmth and hospitality, the community fosters a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society is very well-maintained, but there are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. That should be added to the amenities.

Good things here
This government society is very old, around 20 to 25 years old. Public transport like autos and rickshaws are easily available around the society. There is a grocery store and Axis Mall nearby, and all the markets are around the society All festivals such as Durga Puja, Diwali, and Holi are celebrated well. There is open parking available.
Things need improvement
Since our building is on the 3rd floor, we don't need a lift in the society. Initially, garbage collection wasn't efficient, but now it's done properly. There are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool in the society. The security guards are elderly. Because it is an old society, the construction quality isn't as good now. The external paint has faded, and it hasn't been repainted yet. The society doesn't look good from the outside. Otherwise, it's fine for normal living.

Public transport like autos and rickshaws are easily available outside the society. The construction quality is good with no issues of seepage or leakage. The monthly maintenance charge is _450. All festivals such as Durga Puja, Diwali, and Holi are celebrated well.

Since our building is on the 3rd floor, we don't need a lift in the society. Initially, garbage collection wasn't efficient, but now it's done properly. There are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool in the society. The garden exists but isn't well-maintained; it often looks messy. There should be better hygiene and more maintenance. The security guards are elderly. Parking isn't allocated to specific areas, yet the parking fee is included in the maintenance charges. Cars are parked anywhere, and my car's oil has been stolen several times.

There are no issues at all in this society. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. Maintenance is well-handled, keeping everything in good shape. The CCTV, security, parking, and guest parking are all managed very well, ensuring a safe and convenient environment. There are no problems with stray dogs. The construction quality is solid, and all the amenities are available and in good condition. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming.

There are no dislikes in this society. Everything, from connectivity to maintenance, security, and amenities, is excellent. The construction is solid, and the neighbourhood is very friendly. There are no issues with stray dogs or parking. Overall, it's a great place to live with no complaints.

Cabs are readily available within the society. Hygiene and cleanliness are consistently maintained, with garbage collection and pest control conducted punctually. The society enjoys reliable water supply without any issues, and there are no problems with water logging either inside or outside the premises. The drainage system functions effectively. Timely painting of common areas is a regular practice. Residents exhibit a friendly and cooperative demeanor, fostering a harmonious community environment.

The construction quality of the society is average, and occasionally, issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems arise. However, amenities like a gym and swimming pool are not available in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity is accessible, and Zomato services are available in the locality. There's a marketplace nearby, and CCTV cameras and lifts function properly. Gardens are provided for kids to play in, and neighbors are very friendly with each other.
Things need improvement
There are no autos available for transportation. While toto is an option, it requires traveling around 1 or 2 kilometers from the place to access public transport. Additionally, the interior of the house needs improvement. The houses are constructed in an old-fashioned manner and are quite old; reconstruction would be beneficial.

Seepage was not an issue, and security measures were satisfactory, with no concerns about power cuts. The society enjoys good connectivity, with autos and cabs available nearby. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located outside the society. Garbage collection is timely. The location and locality of the society are favorable, and residents are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood was negatively perceived due to unfavorable attitudes and behaviors among residents. Maintenance of the society was also perceived as unhelpful. However, during rainy weather, the lack of drainage systems caused inconvenience, which was particularly problematic.

Good things here
People here were very good natured and engaging, we used to celebrate festivals together, i literally had very much fun celebrating DURGA POOJA here, it was one of the grand event organised by the soc. Connectivity here was good with sufficient parking spaces , and autos , cabs and rickshaws easily accessible, There were no issues regarding water supply , electric supply, seepage or cracks . Security was also good here. There were lift facilities available too.
Things need improvement
There were no amenities available such as swimming pools , gyms and public parks, Apart from this, it was a very good experience to live in this soc.
