Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity with all public transport options available just outside. Ample parking spaces are allotted to residents, and nearby amenities like shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are easily accessible. Garbage collection is timely, and there are no major electricity issues, with proper backup in place. The apartments are spacious and well-ventilated. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area are available within the society. I personally enjoy using the gym and swimming pool when time permits.
Things need improvement
The road quality outside the society requires improvement as it is currently substandard. During rush hours, congestion is severe as cars are often parked haphazardly, leading to traffic problems and a bustling atmosphere. Society maintenance falls short despite the charges levied. The maintenance fee of Rs 3 per square foot has recently surged by 150%, primarily allocated for temple construction and repair, neglecting other essential maintenance needs. Water quality poses a concern due to iron content, leading to damage to bathroom tiles, and minor dampness issues persist throughout. Additionally, significant space wastage is observed within the society, with amenities like the gym suffering from poor maintenance and delayed repair works. Social interaction among residents is lacking, and the society is not conducive to fostering neighborly relations. Stray dog issues are prevalent.

Parking is generally hassle-free within the society. Residents have access to amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children's play area. The community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.

The society's maintenance leaves much to be desired, especially considering the charges levied for it. Issues such as malfunctioning lifts pose significant inconveniences, and timely garbage collection is not consistently upheld, leading to hygiene and cleanliness concerns. Seepage and leakage problems, particularly during the rainy season, further compound the maintenance issues. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings is subpar. Though amenities are present, they are not adequately maintained for use, detracting from their potential value to residents.

We have easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants just outside the society. Garbage collection is prompt, and within the society, we have all the amenities we need, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas for kids. The community is friendly and cooperative, coming together for cultural festivals and events. Open spaces and parks provide opportunities for relaxation, and every room is well-ventilated with ample sunlight.
Things need improvement
The road quality outside the society definitely needs improvement, as it can be quite problematic, especially during weekends when congestion around the attached mall worsens. Maintenance within the society is currently average, but there's a pressing need for more thorough cleaning and upkeep. The aging lifts also require repairs to ensure they function reliably. Furthermore, the construction quality of the buildings leaves much to be desired, with frequent issues of seepage and leakage. Additionally, the gym lacks adequate equipment, which limits its usefulness.

The construction quality is commendable, with no reported issues of seepage or leakage, which is a testament to its durability. The vibrant social life within the society, with residents coming together to celebrate festivals like Holi and Durga Puja, creates a strong sense of community. Additionally, having a temple within the society provides a spiritual anchor for residents.
Things need improvement
The society has a swimming pool, park, and play area, but they're not well taken care of. They need some fixing up. Also, the place could use a good cleanup to make it more pleasant to live in.

Good things here
In public transport everything is available outside the society. There are nearby schools, hospitals and market areas around the society, the connectivity is very convinient. Metro is also nearby the society. The society is maintained very nicely, garbage collections are done on time, CCTV and lifts are available and both are properly functional in the society.The construction quality is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen as such. Gym is available and is functional. People are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
In amenities, swimmingpool and play ground is not available in the society.

Good things here
Things are going well overall. People are friendly, although maybe not overly so. The facilities are great, with everything conveniently located in a compact space. Plus, there's a security guard available for added peace of mind.
Things need improvement
The facilities, particularly in the clubhouse, could use some improvement in maintenance. Additionally, the construction quality seems lacking, with issues like seepage and dam problems cropping up.

Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is maintained inside the society CCTV and security system is good The connectivity of the society is very good, public transportations are easily available There are nearby market, big mall is attached with this society.
Things need improvement
Lift is available but some problems are faced regarding it as it is quite old in the society, lift does not work sometimes. The drainage system is not good in the society. water logging issues are faced during rainy seasons in the society
