Good things here
Nearby, you'll find easy access to the metro, buses, auto-rickshaws, and cabs, with well-maintained roads for smooth travel. Garbage collection is always on time. People in the area are friendly and cooperative, and all the amenities you need are available. Plus, every flat is designed with proper ventilation.
Things need improvement
Two out of the five towers had significant issues with painting and waterproofing. Additionally, the lack of a nearby railway station has caused transportation challenges for commuting to offices.

Good things here
There's a D-mart right here in the neighborhood, so getting groceries is super easy. All the facilities we have are in good shape and taken care of. Garbage gets picked up every day. Plus, everyone gets their own parking spot, so parking is never a problem.
Things need improvement
The construction quality here is really bad. When it rains heavily, water leaks in through the balcony, windows, and even the washroom. Two out of the five towers had big problems with painting and waterproofing. Also, there's no railway station nearby.

Good things here
South City Mall is nearby. Markets, vegetable markets, and everything else are also close by. Metro, auto, buses, and cabs are easily available. Electricians and plumbers are available 24 hours. There is a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and playground. Garbage collection and lift maintenance are done on time.
Things need improvement
We don't have any nearby railway station, so transportation becomes difficult for us. The maintenance team works slowly and can be a bit rude. It would be better if maintenance could be improved further.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory, malls and markets are close by. Metro station is also available within 1 Km reach. There are taxi, bus and auto stands nearby. Maintenance quality is fine with timely pest control and paintings. There are no drainage issues. Garbage removal is also done timely. Construction quality is also satisfactory. Security services are provided. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, basket ball court and clubhouse are available. There is a play area for kids. There is a basement parking. The neighborhood is Decent.
Things need improvement
The society provides all basic facilities to the residents, so not many dislikes can be pointed out except that there are some traffic issues on the road outside, which might cause some inconvenience.

Connectivity is very good like nearby malls,markets,super markets are there. greenery environment.

Construction quality of the society is very bad like seepage ,leakage and plaster are falling down from the walls.

Good things here
We're lucky to have a nearby metro station, making commuting a breeze. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and the maintenance services are provided promptly and in good condition, which is worth the cost. The units are well-ventilated with spacious rooms, and we have various amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park right in the society. Plus, the residents are friendly and cooperative, adding to the positive atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Based on my personal experience, I haven't encountered any issues or concerns because everything seems to be running smoothly. So, from my perspective, I don't see any need for further improvement.

Location me changes ho sakte hai jaise ki society ke samne hi ek slum area hai usme improvement ho sakta hai or samne hi water flow hai jisme Ganda paani ata hai jiski waja smell ati hai.

Good things here
Connectivity bohot achhi hai societry ki saare public transport available hai nearby . Construction quality achhi hai plaster and fitings bohot achhi hai with no issues of seepage/leakage . Power backup is there, thats a plus point.
Things need improvement
Maintenance issues hai thoda like pichle 2 - 3 saal se paint nahi hua society buildings me so maintenance thoda improve hona chahiye.

Good things here
Metro connectivity is good, auto is good but busses are not availble.Gym, clubhouse are available. Parking of society is spacious. Where there will be more people, there will be tiffs but people do celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
Roads are narrow, Cleanliness in society can get improved . Road construction can get improved. Painting did not take place since last 12 years, because of that water seepage is there. Narrow roads can get improved. Park is not there also shopping complex is not there so it needs to get constructed.

Connectivity is very good public transport can be easily available. . it takes less time to go to the metro.

Seapage problem in building, people are less cooperative. there should be shoppingg complex.
