Good things here
The property is new and clean. The rooms are well ventilated and furnished. All amenities like Wi-fi, water 24 hours, refrigerator, RO water, Geysers and power back-up available, complete privacy and no interference of the owner. read more
Things need improvement
Nothing to be disliked as such however in terms of social life.... pubs and clubs are not around. It may seem to be a negative point that no liquor shops around the locality. read more

Nature villae in the foothills of the SubHimalayan Hill range. Peaceful mango orchard of 7 bigha or 2-acre land. Solar fencing and boundary wall all around. The badminton court, parking, lawn, garden, and visitors' toilet are separate. Good for writers, poets and those who want intellectual work in peace peaceful environment. 14 solar lights, 5 surveillance cameras, internet access and power backup through an inverter. Things need improvement
Mostly UPES students and a few family people. Heavy wind flow and rain. My property is big and good to stay with atlest 3-4 people. read more

I do not dislike anything as such. We provide best accomodation in NTPC Colony, Pondha, Dehradun. Our previous and current tenants are a witness to this promise of ours. read more
