Good things here
The residents are really friendly and help you at every point. Great cross ventilation and no need of any AC even in hot summers. Have temple of Shyam Moleshwar Mahadev and all the important festivals are always celebrated along with patriotic celebrations. Easily accessible vegetable market, medical store, hospitals, restaurants, clothing store and one of the biggest D mart within 500 meters
Things need improvement
Nothing as such. There are facility always available to the residents and there is nothing to dislike about the society.

Good things here
This fully furnished 2bhk flat on 1st floor, designed by an architect, offers a delightful garden view. it is conveniently located near hospitals, bank, D-mart, theaters, and Sanand main market, Additionally, it's close to Ahmedabad, just a 7-9 minute drive to south bopal and shela, and 15-minute drive to iscon. AMTS connectivity is available, and BRTS will be available soon. New roads are under construction to provide better connectivity with Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar
Things need improvement
Torrent power source is not available right now but it is comming in near by future, some time we face minor power drop in area.
