The housing society stands out for its balanced approach across various aspects crucial to community living. Connectivity is robust, facilitating easy access to nearby amenities and ensuring smooth commuting for residents. Maintenance standards are commendable, with the society consistently maintaining a clean and well-kept environment, which enhances the overall appeal of the community. The construction quality of buildings is solid, providing residents with sturdy and reliable living spaces that contribute to a sense of security and comfort. Moreover, the society offers a satisfactory range of amenities that cater to different needs, including recreational facilities and conveniences that add value to daily life. The active social life within the community is a significant highlight, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where residents can engage in various activities and socialize, thus building a strong sense of community.
Things need improvement
Despite the overall positive aspects, there are areas where the housing society could potentially improve. One area of concern could be the management of amenities. While the society provides a decent range of amenities, ensuring their consistent maintenance and upgrading them periodically to meet evolving resident expectations could further enhance the living experience. Additionally, while the social life is active, more organized community events and activities could be introduced to further strengthen community bonds and encourage greater participation among residents. Enhancing these aspects could contribute to a more fulfilling and enriching community living experience for all residents involved.

Good things here
All our neighbors are like one big family! We celebrate all festivals like Durga Puja and Diwali together in the community hall. We also organize cultural events there. We have a gym, swimming pool, and playground for the kids. There's even a beautiful garden where everyone enjoys spending time. During the summer, we all have a blast swimming in the pool. It's a lot of fun!The metro is nearby, and there are plenty of grocery stores. Schools are also plentiful near the society. We have two parking spaces, so we never face any issues, and there's even allotted guest parking in the society. Street lights work properly,
Things need improvement
The complex of our society is quite large, so we should increase the number of security guards accordingly. Sometimes, dirty water comes from the pipes, but they fix it promptly when informed. However, the drainage system in the society is not good, leading to waterlogging during the rainy season. The construction quality is very poor; there are cracks in the walls, and the biggest issue is leakage, seepage, and dampness. Even though I informed the maintenance team, they haven't taken any steps to address these issues. This is quite problematic for me. The window fittings are not good, causing water to seep into the rooms during the rainy season.

Good things here
There are no issues with seepage or the lifts in the property. Designated parking is available for residents, and public transport options such as auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, making connectivity very convenient. An auto stand is nearby for additional transportation needs. Market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are all conveniently located nearby. Garbage collection is punctual, contributing to a clean environment. There are no issues related to pets or stray dogs in the society.
Things need improvement
There are concerns regarding security measures, with expectations for improvement. The swimming pool and gym are available but require attention to maintenance. The locality is decent but has opportunities for improvement. The society encounters daily challenges with water clogging due to inadequate drainage systems. Additionally, there are issues concerning the quality of plaster used in construction.

Good things here
I find the location of the society to be excellent, with ride-hailing services like Uber easily available. The society has all the amenities I need, including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The residents here are good and helpful.
Things need improvement
There is no metro nearby the society, and yellow cabs are reluctant to come here. Cleanliness is non-existent, and garbage collection and disposal are not done on time. The lifts have issues, with doors not opening on the 4th floor. The building quality is very poor, with exterior repainting pending and seepage problems in the flats. The walls are damp. I would not recommend this society to anyone, as there is no resale value. We are living here only because it is our own flat.

Good things here
The society has convenient access to nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. Cabs are easily available, CCTV cameras are installed for security, and lifts are operational. The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene well, and there are no issues with sudden power cuts. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
I wish there was a metro station nearby for easier transportation. Also, it would be great if there were fewer cracks in our building. Having more societies around would definitely make this place even better.

Good things here
Public transport is easily available, and the residents are cooperative and decent. Festivals are celebrated, and the lifts are well-maintained. Water is available 24/7.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is not good at all; there are issues with leakage, seepage, and cracks in the flats. The builder did not do a satisfactory job. Parking demarcation is not done properly, and cleanliness and hygiene are not well-maintained. There is no metro station near the society, and although there are modern amenities, they are not maintained properly.

Good things here
Hospitals and schools are nearby. The construction is good as we haven't faced any seepage or plaster falling issues so far. Cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis. There is a gym and well-maintained parks. The people living here are cooperative.
Things need improvement
There is no issue in the society. Overall, I have mentioned the things I like about the society, and there is nothing to dislike.

It's been a pleasure to live at Magnolia Prestige. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and ventilation. The neighborhood is well-kept, with beautifully landscaped gardens and common areas. The staff is pleasant and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and trouble-free living environment.
