Every flat is equipped with proper ventilation, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Emergency exits and staircases are available for safety purposes. The society offers amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' playing area, catering to various recreational needs. Additionally, it boasts spacious surroundings and is pet-friendly, accommodating furry companions. Convenient transportation options like autos, cabs, and the metro are easily accessible from the area.
Things need improvement
During heavy rainfall, significant water logging occurs, particularly around the gate area and on the roads outside, even affecting the basement. Additionally, there are issues with seepage within the premises. Suggestions were made for the incorporation of more greenery and improvement of the garden to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the surroundings.

Good things here
All the flats have excellent natural light and ventilation. The emergency fire exits are functional and well-maintained. The society features amenities such as a swimming pool, children's playground, cricket ground, and football field. Overall, the society is well-rounded, with excellent maintenance. Public transportation, including buses and autos, is easily accessible nearby. The residents are very helpful and friendly, contributing to a strong sense of community.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the committee needs improvement, as many areas are left dirty and unattended. Additionally, the lack of nearby metro facilities makes commuting to the office inconvenient. Late-night transportation options are also not available, adding to the commuting challenges.

This gated community offers spacious apartments, landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, a gym, and a shopping center. It's also well-connected to major roads and public transportation.

Rapid urbanization can overwhelm existing infrastructure, leading to traffic congestion, water scarcity, and pollution. Balancing urban development with preserving green spaces and natural waterways is crucial. Unequal access to resources and opportunities can create pockets of poverty and hinder inclusivity.

Connectivity bohot achha public transport easily available hai . all facilities are available in this society .

Construction quality like seepage issue are there , rainy season me society bahar road me thoda bohot pani bhar jata hai . people facing street dogs issue , society ke bahar safh safay thoda better hona chahiye .

I'm absolutely thrilled with the array of amenities our neighborhood provides. From the top-notch gym to the lively clubhouse and the inviting swimming pool, there's something for everyone here. Plus, having parks right in our community creates such a peaceful atmosphere for chilling out and enjoying leisure time. These amenities really make living here feel special and bring us all closer together.
Things need improvement
I'm really upset about the poor construction quality of our building. There are so many dents all over, which shows a lack of attention to detail during construction. And the ongoing seepage problem is a serious threat to the building's integrity and our safety. Plus, the issue with street dogs in our area is really worrying. Despite lots of complaints, nothing's been done to tackle the safety risks they pose. It's disappointing that our management hasn't taken more action to address these important issues and ensure our community's well-being and security.

Good things here
The metro is close by, which makes it easy for me to travel. There are malls nearby where I can relax. Our CCTV and lifts work well, and we haven't had any problems with leaks. We celebrate festivals here, and our clubhouse, gyms, and swimming pools are kept in good condition. The best thing is that children are safe inside the complex.
Things need improvement
I have already mentioned the details of likes in my society. Thers is no such such thing to dislike anything in the premises

Connectivity problem there is no metro nearby facing problem for transport use also . Markets are also not nearby.

Society ke road ache hain society ke andar. Connectivity me kuch problem nahi hai, auto wagera sab easily mil jata hai. Gym, swimming pool, clubouse sab available hai. Log friendly hain society me.

Pipelines me kuch kuch problem hai society me. Seepage ka issue hain flats me. Leakage ka issue hai. Baarishon me society ke andar paani bhar jata hai. Street dogs ka kaafi problem hai. Lifts chota hai society ka. Hamare block me 3 saal se paint nahi hua hai. No playground for children. Water supply ka issue hota hai kabhi kabhi.

Good things here
The cabs are easily available. Maintainance of the society is good. Water supply and electricity issues are not faced at all. CCTV is installed in the society and it works properly. No problem with the construction quality, Seepage and leakage issues doesn't happen. There is a huge garden area and greeneries are properly maintained. In amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house everything is available. Neighbours are okay.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is a major issue in the society, Metro is quite far from the society, 2 to 3 autos has to be change to reach metro station. During rainy season water logging issues happens a lot for which major traffic issues are faced around the society, water logging issues are a major problem during then. The buildings are very close to each other, it is not at all spacious. One can literaly see other appartments it's that close.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good now and repaired in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.
