Nearby transportation options such as buses, autos, and cabs provide convenience for residents. The roads are well-maintained with streetlights ensuring safety at night. Timely garbage collection is a regular occurrence, and prompt assistance from electricians and plumbers is available when needed. Proper ventilation is ensured in all flats. The community celebrates festivals together, fostering a sense of unity among residents.
Things need improvement
There are issues with pet dogs in the society as some owners don't adhere to the rules, allowing them to relieve themselves anywhere. Additionally, there is no clubhouse available, and the absence of an emergency fire exit is concerning. Moreover, the metro is still under construction, impacting transportation options in the area.

Good things here
Transportation options such as metro, auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses are easily accessible nearby. Plumbing and electrical services are readily available whenever needed. Garbage collection is done on time. Proper ventilation is ensured in every part of the society. There is a spacious children's playing area. The society is well-spaced, and the residents are very friendly.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, water logging occurs on the roads. Although garbage is collected from the building, it is often accumulated at the back, which is quite unsightly. While the society boasts amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, they are rarely operational. Furthermore, there is a lack of emergency fire exits.

There were two parks and a playground in the society. Maintenance was good, with regular garbage collection and hygiene upkeep. Facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security guards were well-maintained. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali were held, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Public transport like autos and rickshaws was easily available. There were malls, markets, and grocery shops nearby. The society offered both covered and uncovered parking facilities.
Things need improvement
The metro was under construction. The society didn't have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. The construction quality was not up to the mark, with issues like dampness in some flats.

While the society scores high in connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, amenities, and community friendliness, it faces a significant issue during the monsoon season. Waterlogging in front of the main gate causes major inconvenience to the residents. Addressing this problem would make the living experience even better.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Paintings are done on time in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Electricity issues are not faced in the society. Parking space is available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Street dog issues are not faced.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Sometimes water logging issues happen inside the society. Drainage system is not good in the society.

Good things here
The society has all amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids playing area, and tennis ground, all of which are well-maintained. Every flat has proper ventilation for sunlight and fresh air. People are very friendly and helpful. Public transport is easily available nearby.
Things need improvement
Since there are no metro facilities nearby, transportation becomes quite challenging. Sometimes, buses are also not available. There could be more gardens and greenery.

People are helpful. All amenities are provided, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' playing area. Autos and cabs are easily available. All festivals are celebrated. The CCTV and security are excellent.
Things need improvement
Since there's no nearby metro, transportation can be difficult. There are no schools, colleges, or hospitals nearby. Maintenance could be improved a bit.

Natural Heights is a real estate hidden gem in Kolkata. The apartments have been thoughtfully designed to allow for plenty of natural light and ventilation. The location is ideal, as it is close to schools, hospitals, and shopping centres. The project provides the ideal balance of comfort and convenience.
