Good things here
Street lights are properly functional at night, ensuring safety and visibility. The society enjoys convenient connectivity, with public transports like autos and cabs easily accessible outside. Local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. The presence of metro and railway stations nearby adds to the accessibility of transportation options. Regular garbage collection is carried out on time by the society, maintaining cleanliness. Ample parking space is available within the society. The society experiences consistent water supply and electricity, with prompt resolution of any issues within one to two hours. No seepage or leakage issues have been encountered, indicating good construction quality in the tower. Rooms are well-ventilated, providing a comfortable living environment. The society boasts a good security system, with functional CCTV cameras installed throughout. A small swimming pool is available for residents' recreation and relaxation. Festivals and events are celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of community among residents.
Things need improvement
Corridors are not cleaned on regular basis, maintenance is not upto the mark. During rainy season there are some water drainage issues that we face. Some amenities like gym, club house is not available.

Good things here
The society is very good. The security is excellent, and there are no issues with the water supply or power cuts as there is a power backup. Additionally, the society is very clean, with timely garbage collection and excellent maintenance. The lifts are well-maintained, and the construction quality is also good, with regular painting and no seepage issues. Furthermore, the people in the society are very nice, friendly, and cooperative. The connectivity around the society is also very good, with easy availability of public transport, auto-rickshaws,�and�cabs.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station near the society, so one has to go a bit further for that, but apart from that, the connectivity is fine. In my opinion, there is nothing in the society that needs improvement; it is already well-maintained. However, the society lacks basic amenities such as a swimming pool, garden, clubhouse,�or�park.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent; taxis and buses are readily available nearby, and the roads near the society are in good condition. Water is available 24/7. Maintenance work, including repairing leaks, is currently underway in the society. The residents are decent, and the maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a garden and play area, and the swimming pool and gym are relatively small. The society is old, and cleanliness is a significant issue, with the lifts also not being well-maintained.

We're fortunate to have excellent connectivity, with public transport options like autos, cabs, and even a metro station just a short walk away. Nearby, there are plenty of local shops, supermarkets, schools, restaurants, and hospitals, ensuring all our needs are easily met. The roads are well-maintained, and street lights provide safety and visibility, even at night. Parking is never a concern, thanks to the ample space available. I'm relieved that we don't face any water supply issues, making daily life much smoother. Additionally, having a properly maintained lift is a blessing, especially when I need to get to my apartment quickly.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, we don't have amenities like a gym or a playhouse, which can be disappointing for those looking to stay active or entertain their children within the community. The construction quality of our buildings is average, leading to issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, which can be frustrating for residents and require ongoing maintenance. Additionally, the maintenance of amenities leaves much to be desired. Cleaning efforts often fall short, and the entrances aren't kept as tidy as they should be, detracting from the overall appeal of the society. One of the biggest concerns is the security situation. Outsiders are allowed into the society without proper inquiry, which poses a risk to residents' safety. On top of these issues, the unfriendly behavior and misconduct of some residents further contribute to a negative atmosphere in the society, making it less enjoyable to live here.

I'm grateful for the brilliant connectivity and the wide availability of public transportation options, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. It's so convenient to have market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access everything I need. The society is exceptionally well-maintained, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. Regular garbage collection and pest control ensure that the environment remains clean and healthy. Plus, having both open space and covered parking options gives me flexibility for parking. I feel reassured by the presence of security guards and functional CCTV cameras, knowing that safety and security are priorities. The friendly atmosphere created by the nice residents and the organization of festivals adds to the sense of community and makes it a joy to be a part of.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing when the elevators aren't working properly, as this can be inconvenient and even pose safety concerns for residents. The fact that the buildings are quite old and in need of redevelopment is a significant concern. Old buildings can often present maintenance challenges, such as issues with painting, waterproofing, seepage, and leakage. Regular maintenance helps address these issues, but it may not always be enough to fully resolve them. Additionally, the lack of amenities like a swimming pool, gym, club house, or parks means that residents may miss out on opportunities for recreation and leisure within the society itself.

The well-kept roads ensure smooth travel experiences. The society's commitment to regular maintenance ensures cleanliness and orderliness throughout. Garbage collection is efficient, and elevators are diligently maintained. We benefit from uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, with any issues promptly resolved by the available electrician. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, with no signs of seepage or termite infestation. Proper ventilation enhances comfort, and modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are regularly maintained. The friendly and pet-friendly neighbours contribute to a warm community atmosphere. With CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, safety and security are assured. Overall, it's an ideal place to live in.
Things need improvement
Although we mostly have dry waste, they do not segregate dry and wet waste properly. We had a leakage issue in the past, which has been resolved, but there are still some cracks in the walls. Other than these issues, I can't think of any major improvements needed.

I find living in this society quite enjoyable due to its many facilities. The neighbors are very nice, humble & friendly. People here are also pet-friendly. There are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, to ensure everyone's safety. The connectivity is excellent, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads excellant, and there is a metro station nearby, making commutes convenient. Regular garbage collection is efficient, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools, hospitals, and markets are also close by, adding to the convenience. Each resident has designated parking with rules that everyone follows. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply. The overall construction quality is good, with no issues of seepage or termites. The plaster and fittings are excellent, and the ventilation is proper. Modern amenities like the clubhouse and play area are available and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
There is no railway station nearby, which can be inconvenient for those who rely on trains for commuting. Some areas of the building show signs of poor construction quality, and there are places where maintenance is lacking. There used to be a gym, but it has been closed for some time. Given that the society is old, I believe regular maintenance is necessary to keep everything in good condition.

The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termite. We also have modern amenities like a gym and a clubhouse, which are well-maintained. The community here is friendly, and we often come together to celebrate festivals. For security, CCTV cameras and guards are stationed round the clock, providing peace of mind. Overall, it's a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

One area that could be improved is the provision of a proper playground for children. Currently, there doesn't seem to be a designated area where children can play safely and freely. Having a playground would not only provide children with a space to engage in physical activity and socialize with their peers but also contribute to their overall development and well-being. However, despite this one drawback, everything else about the society is excellent

The area has great transportation options like buses, autos, and taxis, making it easy for people to get around every day. The buildings are really well-built, so you don't have to worry about any leaks or problems. Swimming pools are kept really nice. People in the area are friendly and always willing to help, especially when it comes to celebrating cultural events together. There's plenty of parking space for everyone. Nearby, you can find grocery stores, schools, pharmacies, and doctors' offices, making life easier for everyone. The internet and phone services always work well. And the people in charge make sure there's enough water, electricity, and garbage pickup for everyone in the society.
Things need improvement
Society construction was very good everything was easy accessible as the connectivity of that area was very good. Things which should b improve to attract more people in this society is the amanities like gyms and clubhouse. These both amenities should be included in the society.

Average maintenance services, indicating potential shortcomings in upkeep and repair. Severe seepage and leakage issues, with inadequate relief measures taken by the society to address the problem effectively. Significant leakage problems during rainy weather, causing inconvenience and potential damage to residents' belongings. Absence of a clubhouse for community events and gatherings, limiting social opportunities within the society. Swimming pool restricted to membership, excluding access for all residents and potentially limiting recreational options.
