Good things here
I am quite happy with many aspects of living in this housing society. The connectivity is good, with easy access to medical stores and grocery shops, making daily errands convenient. The maintenance is excellent, ensuring that the buildings and common areas are always clean and well-kept. The construction quality is solid, providing a comfortable and secure living environment. The amenities are top-notch, offering a range of facilities that cater to various needs and interests. Additionally, the security is very good, giving residents peace of mind.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few downsides. While the events organized in the community are enjoyable, the people here tend to be less interactive, which makes it harder to build strong social connections. Another significant issue is the rude behavior of the owner, which can be quite off-putting and detracts from the overall living experience. Despite these drawbacks, the housing society offers a well-maintained and secure environment with excellent amenities and connectivity.

Good things here
The management of the society is outstanding, ensuring regular garbage collection and maintaining elevators, electricity, and water supply. We appreciate the proximity of schools and markets, designated parking, and the convenience of good connectivity with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The buildings boast excellent construction quality with no issues of seepage or cracks, providing proper ventilation and amenities such as a green room, gym, and clubhouse that are well-maintained. Our friendly neighbors, with whom we've built long-lasting relationships, contribute to the community spirit. The presence of a security guard ensures safety and peace of mind.
Things need improvement
However, we feel a temple should be included within the society, which would enhance its cultural and spiritual environment. Additionally, there are concerns about the poor drainage system and issues with water logging, especially in the basement parking areas during heavy rains.

The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the homes have proper ventilation. Each resident has designated parking, and there is regular garbage collection, reliable electricity, and water supply. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together. Elevators are installed and maintained, and a security guard is available.
Things need improvement
Seepage in the washrooms is a persistent problem that requires immediate repair. Additionally, the clubs should be enhanced to include indoor games and theatres to provide more recreational options for residents. Another significant concern is that the parking area gets flooded during the rainy season, causing inconvenience and potential damage to vehicles.

Good things here
The community features well-built structures with adequate ventilation and no seepage problems. There are available and well-maintained amenities like a clubhouse, garden, and gym. A school, hospital, and market are all close by, and the roads are in decent shape. Every resident has a specific parking space, and the society abides by the rules. Water and power are plentiful and consistent. Public transportation choices such as buses, cars, and taxis are easily available and have adequate connectivity. The neighbors are amiable, kind, and willing to lend a hand at any time. There is a security officer on duty, elevators are erected and maintained, and regular rubbish collection is guaranteed.
Things need improvement
There are no dislikes, the society is exceptionally well maintained. The amenities, infrastructure, and overall living conditions are excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all residents.

I really appreciate the good connectivity here. Public transport is easily accessible, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which is super convenient. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed, which keeps things orderly. Garbage collection is regular and well-organized, with wet and dry segregation. The neighbors are very friendly, and the elevators are installed and well-maintained. Plus, having CCTV cameras and security guards adds a sense of safety.
Things need improvement
However, there are no amenities in the society, which is a bit of a letdown. The construction quality is just average, and there are seepage issues in the apartments. Other than that, everything is fine.

Good things here
The people are very nice. There's a clubhouse. Public transportation for office or other travel is within walking distance. Garbage is collected daily. The elevator also works well. Proper ventilation is provided.
Things need improvement
There's no gym. The swimming pool isn't great; it's not cleaned properly. Tenants have to pay separately for clubhouse access. The play area is small. Car parking areas aren't cleaned well.

The area there is very beautiful with all types of facilities available with well accommodation of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. The complex is well connected with roadways where you can easily travel daily.

In south Ahmedabad there is public transport that is very good for traveling and easy availability to cab or auto.The metro connectivity is still processing ,it will be open soon.Roads are well maintained.

Great place to live having all types of transportation facilities such as bus, auto, cab etc.In the nearby areas the pollution is comparatively low and having less traffic.. Green locals with farm , open grounds.
