Maintenance was meticulously carried out. Everything was easy to access, and the construction quality was also good, ensuring there were no leaks or issues, demonstrating their commitment to maintenance. They offer attractive amenities such as a gym and a well-maintained clubhouse, reflecting their emphasis on quality. The parking area was also spacious. Transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are kind and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Everything was pretty good and well-maintained, and the people in the society were kind and helpful by nature. The society boasts well-maintained amenities, and overall, the experience in this community was positive.

Good things here
Auto rickshaw are easy get nearby the society and resident dont need to walk long distance to get public transport . Society is well maintained and cleaned with lifts are working properly. No problems like leakage and seepage in the houses, with ventilation and sunlight. Neighbors are decent and frinedly
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have important amenities like a gym, garden, clubhouse, or swimming pool. This means residents lack convenient places for exercise, relaxation, and social activities, affecting their overall living experience.

Autos and cabs are available within walking distance outside the society. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. There are no issues with seepage or power cuts in the property, providing a stable and comfortable living environment. The lifts operate without any problems. Overall, the locality is generally satisfactory, meeting residents' expectations.
Things need improvement
The amenities such as a swimming pool and gym are not available. Security measures are inadequate, with unauthorized individuals entering and exiting the premises freely, posing a concern for residents' safety. Drainage issues during heavy rainfall cause significant inconvenience, affecting the overall comfort and functionality of the area. Addressing these drainage problems would greatly improve the living conditions and satisfaction of the residents.

Living here has been a mostly positive experience. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get to schools, offices, and markets. The construction is solid with no issues, and the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. Security measures, including CCTV, are in place, ensuring a safe environment. The park and garden are well-maintained and provide a pleasant space for relaxation. Despite some challenges, the overall quality of life here is good, with a strong sense of community and good facilities.

Maintenance is done, but not always timely, and this needs improvement. The amenities are limited to just a park and garden, which might not be enough for everyone. Parking is very limited, and it becomes an issue every time, causing frustration for residents. While connectivity, construction, and neighborhood aspects are great, the limited parking space and the need for more timely maintenance are significant drawbacks. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living experience in this otherwise pleasant neighborhood.

Good things here
The area has good connectivity with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Public transport is easily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. There is a reliable electricity supply. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, and the building has proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. The neighbors are friendly and humble. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards for safety.
Things need improvement
There is no gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse as the society is small and consists of only a standalone building. There are also issues with the water supply, but everything else is fine.

Good things here
I've been staying here since 2016. The building is well-constructed and sturdy. It is a stand-alone building, and the location is convenient. The quality of construction is reliable and the building itself is decent.
Things need improvement
There are many issues. The personal garbage collector has no proper timings, which is problematic for those who work. Cleanliness is poor, and there have been 2-3 dog biting cases. Stray dogs are a very big issue. I don�t interact with the neighbours much. There are no amenities as it�s a stand-alone building. Electricity goes out every day for 2-3 hours during the summer. These problems make living here quite difficult.
