The society offers reliable water facilities and power backup, ensuring uninterrupted services for residents. A well-maintained park and a weekly vegetable stall are conveniently located within the society, enhancing convenience. Nearby, residents can find a grocery shop within walking distance, providing easy access to daily necessities. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy amenities such as a badminton ground and a basketball court within the society. Moreover, the society's close proximity to the airport, bus stand, and railway station, all within a 1-kilometer radius, provides convenient transportation options for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality within the society is disappointing, plagued by numerous seepage issues. Additionally, the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym adds to residents' dissatisfaction. As an older apartment complex, it also lacks essential features like a playground for children, further diminishing the quality of life within the society.

The water facility in the society is reliable, ensuring continuous supply. Additionally, there is a reliable power backup system available within the society. Markets are conveniently located within a short walking distance of just 100 meters from the society. The construction quality in the society is commendable, even from my experience four years ago. Furthermore, the residents are known for their friendly and cooperative nature, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there is no power backup available in the society, which proves to be inconvenient for residents. Additionally, essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are lacking. The maintenance charges are expensive, adding to residents' financial burden. Furthermore, excessive noise from nearby construction activities detracts from the overall living experience in the society.

Good things here
Having grocery shops and markets conveniently located right in front of the society can be very convenient for residents. Additionally, cabs are easily available inside the society if we book through Ola.
Things need improvement
The absence of amenities such as a swimming pool and clubhouse is a drawback in the society. Additionally, there is some noise pollution around the area.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available . Hospitals are also near from the society for emergency.
Things need improvement
Maintaining of elevator is very poor it is getting always repairs that is inconvienet. No amenities are available in the society.

Hospitals are near to the society . Garden area is well-maintained and walking area is good in the society.

The owers are not good bahaviour. Aminities like swimming pool,club house and gym area is not available in the society.
