- plenty of pulic transport here and increasing every day
- you can find Gota to be very well-connected thorugh roads
- roads are very well-built here
- you will be ensured proper safety during the night
- Street Lights are plenty, making nights more safer.
- crime rate has gone down quite a bit
- parks are regularly cleaned and take care of
- regular cleaning is ensured in these parts
- pollution rates are much lower compared to other years.
- price appreciation is not a problem here
- offices nearby include AVVY corporation, Skywalk the Element
- highway work is yet to start in Gota
What can be better
- public transport should be cheaper here
- there needs to be more roads from lesser known places here
