Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby, and private cars are the primary mode of transportation. Garbage collection is done on a daily basis. The lifts are also well maintained. Proper ventilation is ensured in every apartment. All amenities are available and well-maintained. The people are very helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
There are no autos, metro stations, or buses nearby. Hospitals, vegetable markets, grocery shops, and other amenities are also not available nearby, requiring us to travel a long distance for purchasing essentials. There is room for improvement in maintenance and overall infrastructure.

Effective security measures, ensuring safety within the society. Availability of swimming pool and gym facilities, offering recreational and fitness amenities for residents.

Seepage and leakage issues due to construction problems, potentially causing damage and inconvenience to residents. Market area located far away, requiring residents to travel 15-20 minutes even to reach basic amenities like vegetable vendors, which may pose inconvenience for daily errands and shopping.

The connectivity is good, with public transport options such as buses, autos, and cabs readily available, making commuting easy and convenient. Additionally, essential services like schools, hospitals, and markets are located nearby, providing added convenience for daily needs. Each resident is allotted a designated parking space. The community enjoys a reliable 24/7 electricity and water supply, supported by a robust power backup system to ensure no disruptions. Elevators are installed and regularly maintained, making it easy to move around the buildings. With CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards providing constant surveillance and peace of mind.

Living in this community has become quite challenging due to numerous issues that have surfaced over time. The overall maintenance of the society is very poor, with garbage scattered everywhere and no one adhering to rules. The roads are in a deplorable state, and during the monsoon season, water logging is a persistent problem. The main gate is often surrounded by garbage, and there is no proper handling or segregation of waste. Parking rules are frequently ignored, causing chaos and inconvenience. Many pet owners do not take responsibility for their pets, allowing them to excrete anywhere in the society, including in the elevators, which are themselves poorly maintained. The situation was much better when the builder managed the maintenance, holding regular monthly meetings and ensuring everything was in order. However, since the committee took over, the standard of maintenance has drastically declined, with no regular meetings or effective management. Seepage and leakage issues are common, and the quality of plaster and fittings is subpar. The football ground is too small, and the swimming pool is not properly maintained, adding to the residents' dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the sense of community has deteriorated, with neighbors not cooperating, disregarding rules, and showing a lack of humility and concern for others. The overall living experience has become quite unpleasant, making it difficult to enjoy what should be a comfortable and harmonious environment.

The rooms are well-ventilated and receive ample sunlight year-round, which really adds to the atmosphere. The security system here is top-notch, with friendly guards always on duty. The elevators are well-maintained, and garbage collection is always on time, keeping the place clean and hygienic. I particularly appreciate how well the gardens are maintained; they add a nice touch of greenery to the surroundings. And with no water or electricity supply issues, I never have to worry about essential utilities. Outside the society, the road quality is excellent, and the street lights work perfectly, making it safe to walk around even at night. The sense of community here is fantastic; everyone is friendly and social, and we often come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that the society allows pet dogs, which is a big plus for me. And of course, the mobile network coverage is spot on, ensuring I'm always connected.
Things need improvement
Mostly I travel by public transport, generally a major concern is that public transport are not available outside the society, we have to walk a bit far from the society to avail any public transport. Auto buses are not available easily, however only rikshaw is available outside the society. Swimming pool is not functional yet. Gym is not maintained properly, equipements are limited. Issues are not resolved on time, it becomes pending for a long time. Internal maintenance has to be done by the residents. There are a lot of seepage and leakage issues seen in all the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is not good at all. Stalls and local markets are not available, there are no shops, medical store, grocery around the society. We have to travel far for these accessibility. Water logging issues are seen during rainy season in the basement area.

Additionally, ample sunlight streams into my flat, and ventilation is excellent, ensuring a pleasant living environment. We are fortunate not to encounter any water supply or major electricity issues. The lift is operational and well-maintained, and CCTV surveillance provides an added layer of security. Moreover, the society is well-maintained, with timely painting and cleaning ensuring a neat and tidy appearance. Security guards are present to maintain safety, and the friendly and cooperative nature of our neighbors fosters a sense of community. Cultural events and festivals are celebrated together, enhancing the social fabric of our society. I'm also pleased to note that our society is pet-friendly, accommodating the needs of residents with pets. Additionally, we have various facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, which further enrich our living experience.

Living in our society poses some challenges that need to be addressed. Firstly, there are limited public transport options available, making commuting difficult for residents. Additionally, the absence of nearby grocery stores and markets adds to the inconvenience. Furthermore, parking chaos occasionally occurs in the society, causing frustration for residents. The maintenance of amenities leaves much to be desired, with cleaning standards needing improvement. Entrances are often not cleaned properly, affecting the overall appearance of the society. The build quality is commendable, with no reported issues of leakages or seepages. The highlight of the society is its amenities, particularly the spacious swimming pool, high-quality lifts, well-equipped gym, spacious clubhouse, and excellent kids' play area. The garden is well-maintained, adding to the overall greenery of the society. The maintenance team is prompt in addressing concerns, with daily garbage collection and segregation ensuring cleanliness. The society is known for its cleanliness and green surroundings, with all festivals and events celebrated enthusiastically. Continuous water and electricity supply are available, and allocated parking is provided for both owners and visitors. Transparency regarding maintenance charges and expenses is maintained between the maintenance team and residents. Overall, the security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance covering�all�areas.

The metro is currently under construction near the society, while the railway station is situated far away. Unfortunately, the fittings and walls provided by the builder are of poor quality, leading to numerous issues within the society. Power backup is only available for common areas, and maintenance charges have been steadily increasing over time. Despite this, in my opinion, the services provided by the maintenance team justify�the�costs.

The society maintained cleanliness well, and there was a continuous water supply. Residents were friendly and enjoyed celebrating festivals together. The flats were well-ventilated, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Additionally, amenities like a playground and celebration hall were available within the society. The lifts were regularly serviced, and the landlords were cooperative and responsive.
Things need improvement
Auto-rickshaws were scarce near the society, and the area lacked safety due to several unfinished buildings. It was worrisome to venture out at night due to instances of undesirable activities by certain individuals. Only residents of 3BHK flats had access to the swimming pool; 2BHK residents were excluded. Leakage and seepage problems were prevalent, with broken tiles adding to the issues.

The presence of a metro station nearby adds further convenience for longer commutes. I appreciate the well-maintained road conditions around the society, coupled with properly functional street lights. Moreover, the society itself is impeccably maintained, with cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently upheld. Timely garbage collection adds to the overall cleanliness and pleasant environment. The construction quality of the buildings surpasses expectations, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Access to facilities like the gym and clubhouse, along with their proper maintenance, enhances the overall lifestyle of residents. The availability of functional lifts, installed CCTV cameras, and security guards placed strategically throughout the society provide a sense of safety and security. The friendly and cooperative community adds to the warmth of living here, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together.

There is a lot of water logging issues faced around the society during rainy season. Any issue resolvement takes about one to two days time related to electrical, water and plumbing issues.
