The society offers air-conditioned rooms, and it's conveniently situated near malls, markets, and supermarkets. Public transportation is easily accessible as well.

The unit sizes are quite small for family living, and unfortunately, there are no amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or playground available in the society.

Living in this neighborhood is truly a delight. The sense of community is strong, with friendly neighbors always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. It's reassuring to know that CCTV cameras and security guards are in place, providing an added layer of safety and security. The connectivity here is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like autos and cabs. Additionally, regular garbage collection with proper segregation reflects a commitment to cleanliness and environmental responsibility. Essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby, making daily life more convenient. The presence of well-maintained elevators, along with reliable electricity and water supply, ensures a comfortable living experience. Furthermore, the construction quality of the buildings is top-notch, with no issues like seepage or termite infestation. Proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings add to the overall comfort. It's also great to have modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse available and well-maintained for residents to enjoy.

Another concern is the condition of the road on the left side, which appears to be in need of construction or maintenance. The society enjoys an excellent location with easy access to the main road, ensuring good connectivity. Public transport options like auto rickshaws and cabs are readily available outside the society. Nearby, residents have access to local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants, providing convenience. The presence of CCTV cameras enhances security within the society. The lifts are functional and well-maintained. The society is consistently kept clean, with proper hygiene standards upheld. The construction quality is commendable, with minimal issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Residents are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events as a community.

During the rainy season, the service road outside the society is prone to waterlogging issues, and the road conditions deteriorate. Unfortunately, the society does not offer amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, or play area for kids.

The road access within our society is exceptional, with well-paved internal roads connecting all parts seamlessly. Additionally, our connectivity to main roads and highways makes accessing the city and surrounding areas incredibly convenient. This ensures smooth commuting and accessibility for all residents. In terms of structural design, our community has implemented robust architectural and structural designs to withstand various environmental stresses such as earthquakes, heavy rains, and high winds. This prioritization of safety and durability ensures that our homes remain secure and resilient in any situation. When it comes to the upkeep of our clubhouse, we take great care to ensure that it remains clean, functional, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Regular maintenance, periodic repairs, and updates to facilities are conducted to uphold the quality and functionality of our clubhouse, providing residents with a comfortable and enjoyable space for recreational activities and social gatherings.

Our community is already excelling in these aspects, and no further improvements are necessary. Our well-paved roads, robust structural designs, and well-maintained clubhouses contribute to the overall comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all residents.

There were no cctv camera in their residence and no lift because they live in their own house.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Maintainance of the society is good and timely maintainance is done. Paintings are also done on time. Garbage collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society, power backup is available. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, the construction quality of the buildings is very good. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society. open spaces and play area for kids are also available. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. people are very friendly and coperative, cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. There are no stray dog issues faced.
Things need improvement
Metro is far from the society. There are no nearby meetro stations available. There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. 2 to 3 kms needs to be travelled for it. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is not available in the society.
