Good things here
Living in this housing society has its perks, especially when it comes to connectivity and amenities. The connectivity is quite good, making it convenient to commute to work and access nearby shopping centers. The maintenance team does a commendable job of keeping the common areas clean and well-maintained, which enhances the overall appeal of the place. The amenities offered are also impressive, catering to various interests and making it easy to lead an active and fulfilling lifestyle within the community. The social life here is vibrant, with regular events organized that bring residents together, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Things need improvement
One of the major downsides of this housing society is the construction quality, particularly in some blocks where seepage issues are prevalent. This not only affects the aesthetics but also raises concerns about long-term maintenance and property value. Another issue is the disparity in amenities across different blocks due to the society's vast size. While some blocks enjoy excellent facilities, others may find themselves lacking in comparison, which can lead to a sense of inequality among residents. Additionally, despite efforts to promote social cohesion through events, the sheer size of the society means that not everyone gets along, making it challenging to build a unified community spirit across all residents.

Good things here
The housing society offers many benefits, including nice, friendly, and humble neighbors. There is 24/7 security, ensuring a safe environment. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is maintained. Essential facilities like schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed diligently. Elevators are well-maintained, and there is a reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a garden are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
However, the society lacks a gym, club, and swimming pool, which limits recreational options. Parking can be an issue at times, and there is no metro station nearby, affecting connectivity for those who rely on it.

Good things here
A nearby hospital and market, designated parking for each resident, and good connectivity with easily available public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and garbage is collected regularly. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the buildings have proper ventilation. There are amenities like a community hall, swings for children, and a garden, all of which are well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and a security guard is available, making it a great place to live.
Things need improvement
A few important amenities are missing, such as a gym and swimming pool, which would greatly enhance the living experience. Additionally, some apartments are experiencing leakage issues that need immediate attention.

Good things here
I had a mostly positive experience living in this society. The construction quality is solid, ensuring a comfortable and spacious living environment. The connectivity is good, making it easy to reach essential services and commute efficiently. The maintenance is commendable, with cleanliness maintained throughout and a well-kept garden that includes a lovely fountain. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society does lack some key amenities. While the garden is a nice touch, I missed having a gym and a swimming pool. These additional facilities would have significantly improved the overall living experience. Aside from this, everything else was good and met my expectations.

Good things here
The maintenance charges were justified. Water was available 24/7. There was a garden in the society that was well-maintained. The residents were decent, and festivals were celebrated. Public transport was easily accessible.
Things need improvement
There was a seepage issue in the flat. The society lacked amenities such as a gym, play area, and swimming pool. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was an issue with parking; spaces were not allocated, and there was no parking available for visitors inside the society, so they had to park outside. There was a slight traffic issue near the society.

Good things here
People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Good connectivity with autos, cabs and public transport availability . Maintenance of society is amazing with good water , electricity supply along with functional lifts and proper garbage collection . Good parking and security facilities.
Things need improvement
Leakage , seepage issues are frequent in the building which is a major issue for the residents staying there. No amenities except ground and community hall are available.

Sun Real Home is a nice society with spacious residences. There is a well maintained garden in the premises along with a small kid’s play area. The parking is fine but it is Missing for visitors.

The apartments in Sun Real Home are of decent size and there is a nice play area provided for kids. The rest of the amenities provided are fine, and the security is good.

The flats in Sun Real Home are really good and the apartments are located close to gst bridge. One can easily find autos and cabs to travel to nearby areas. There is a grocery store nearby however other supermarkets are available within 4kms.

The structure and the floor planning of the flats in Sun Real Home apartments is really good. Some of the basic amenities are provided for the residents which include nice kids play area, and spaces for walking and jogging.
