Things need improvement
One significant downside is the lack of transport facilities within the housing society or immediate vicinity. This can inconvenience residents who rely on public transport or need easy access to transportation options for commuting or running errands. While the amenities are excellent, the absence of convenient transport links could be a drawback for those who prioritize easy mobility.

Good things here
The society has good construction and maintenance, which makes living comfortable. The buildings are well-maintained with no leaks or cracks, and the lifts and cleaning services are prompt. The neighbourhood is friendly, and security measures like CCTV ensure safety. Parking and guest parking are hassle-free, and there are no issues with stray dogs
Things need improvement
The society's location is quite inconvenient. It's far from essential places like the railway station, airport, hospital, and school, making connectivity poor. While construction and maintenance are satisfactory, amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and children's play area are not available, which is disappointing.

Good things here
Flats are spacious . People are quite friendly , we celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building or flats . Good water supply, electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities available here.
Things need improvement
Autos and cabs are hard to get which becomes a problem in the connectivity of the society , rest all is good . There are no other issues in the society .

society is always well maintained and here you will get many well managed things like pool,sports club etc and this area is crowded also

Ramp facility for Seniors and Specially Abled. Availability of CCTV cameras and security guards ensures the complete safety of the residents as well the visitors. Peaceful place for living as the homes are having a good ventilation system and you can have an abundance of sunlight. There are no problems related to power or water supply. Nice parks, jogging tracks, well-developed roads, and houses are a few other major advantages. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only.

Ramp facility for Seniors and Specially Abled. There are no issues with electricity or water supply. Everything can be found within walking distance. Other key features include nice parks, jogging paths, well-developed roads, and houses. Residents' safety is vital, and competent and attentive security officers are on duty at all times to ensure that they are safe. This project has a nice construction of homes with plenty of parking space and decent connectivity, as well as all of the necessary amenities in one location.

Security and safety are taken care of well because the professional security guards as well the installed CCTV cameras make sure that your family is always safe. Nicely constructed homes with good ventilation for sunlight and fresh air. Here, the connectivity is good enough so that you can book a cab or taxi anytime to reach anywhere as it is well connected to the major roads. The prices are reasonable as per the facilities you get here.

Parking facility for specially-abled people. It is a decent place with all the basic amenities like shops, a gym, ATMs. Roads are in good condition with complete cleanliness and regular maintenance. The best part is that these cabs are available at all times. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the place. The homes are built with good quality material and are spacious enough with nice ventilation for sunlight and fresh air.

Water-efficient fixtures and flushing system in toilets to reduce water demands. Nice construction and a good local area where you can go shopping. The safety and security of the residents are also taken care of well of there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Everything is readily available nearby hence, no need to go anywhere else. Police patrolling is done regularly which further enhances the security of the entire area. Spacious and well-constructed homes with a great view.
