Good things here
There are many schools in this area, and the hospital is just 1km away from the residence. I personally don't use buses as I have my own vehicle for travel. Parking is never an issue, with open space and basement parking available in the society. The corridors are wide, and the garden area is well-maintained, providing ample open space. The society is very hygienic, and maintenance-related issues like plumbing are resolved in a timely manner. Festivals like Diwali, Holi, Lohri, Makar Sankranti, and others are celebrated with enthusiasm. The society is pet-friendly, and the best thing is the spacious apartments with good ventilation, with markets conveniently close to the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
I face traffic issues during peak hours, which can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, there is a minor seepage/leakage issue in the bathroom. However, the maintenance of the clubhouse, swimming pool, and sports facilities like table tennis and squash walls leaves much to be desired. The table tennis table is not in proper condition, and there are cracks in the squash walls. Moreover, the tennis court lacks a net, and overall, these facilities are not well-maintained.

Good things here
Cabs are easily available in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden area is also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
Maintenance is good as the team is very active in addressing issues promptly and power backup available. Cleanliness is also maintained properly. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are available, enhancing the overall living experience. The location is great, with supermarkets being available nearby
Things need improvement
Seepage issues exist on the outer side of the building, although not inside our flats. Water accumulation in the basement during the rainy season caused inconvenience. The metro station is far away, which made commuting less convenient

Good things here
Build quality is superior. Green area is well designed and maintained properly. Electricians and plumbers are readily available. Security checks are done yet not problematic for residents. Events are organized at amphitheater.
Things need improvement
The pricing is at the higher end. Amenities and everything are good but affordability is a little bit of a concern. Grocery shop inside the society can be expanded as it is very limited. Connectivity to metro is also limited.

Good things here
I left the society 2. 5 years back. Metro station was proposed, not near by. I did not try for public transport but we used to get them. RWA used to take care of cleanliness. Gaps were filled by RWA. Layout of society was good.
Things need improvement
Seepage was more near the ground. water pressure wqs also more. I also shifted because of seepage. People got everything done again because of seepage.

Good things here
In the society, there was a gym and a playground, both well-maintained. Cleanliness was also maintained. Water was available 24/7. The ventilation in my flat was good, with ample sunlight.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool in the society was not operational. There was a seepage issue in my flat. Local transport was not easily accessible from the society.

The material used in the society to construct the building was of very poor quality, sea page was sometimes a problem and sometimes public transport was a problem.

Ola, uber, rapido, autos are easy to catch nearby the society. Location is good. playground is nice.
Things need improvement
Leakage, seepage problem arises on the rainy season because we are in first floor. Metro service is not there.

Within 5 kilometres are all the necessities. This location is 10 minutes from the Metro. There are food stores nearby. The route was heavily policed and lit up late at night. Buses and autos run frequently, and private cabs like Ola and Uber are widely accessible. There are various restaurants, allowing you to order any dish at any moment.
