Public transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily accessible right outside the society gates, making commuting hassle-free. The wide roads further enhance accessibility and ease of travel. Additionally, essential amenities like market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are all conveniently located nearby, catering to our daily needs. Maintenance and cleanliness are top priorities here, with regular garbage collection and pest control services ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. Thanks to a robust drainage system, water logging issues are non-existent, and water supply and electricity remain uninterrupted 24/7. The construction quality of our buildings is commendable, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems in my apartment. Security is paramount, with a well-equipped security system comprising CCTV cameras, security guards, and fire extinguishers installed throughout the premises. The society also boasts additional amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all meticulously maintained and fully functional for residents' enjoyment. One of the most cherished aspects of living here is the strong sense of community. We come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering warm relationships and a welcoming atmosphere. With open spaces and basement parking available, convenience is further enhanced. Moreover, issues like drainage problems, stray dogs, and insect infestations are unheard of within our society. Timely maintenance and repairs are carried out diligently, ensuring that our common areas remain in excellent condition.
Things need improvement
The society is a ideal place for hassel free living with everything maintained and available nearby. I love the society and I am currently not facing any issues in this society.

Living in this area has truly been a blessing for me. The connectivity here is exceptional, ensuring that I can easily travel wherever I need to go. With auto-rickshaws readily available, commuting has become a breeze. Furthermore, the proximity of hospitals and marketplaces has provided me with a sense of security and convenience that is invaluable. I'm particularly impressed by the maintenance of the building; it's evident that efforts are consistently made to ensure that residents like myself have a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. Despite the absence of modern amenities, the warmth and friendliness of my neighbors have created a tight-knit community atmosphere that I cherish. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home, and I'm grateful for the positive experience I've had living here.
Things need improvement
One thing that's a bit disappointing is the lack of some common facilities. For instance, there are no CCTV cameras, which might make some people worry about security. And without a lift, it could be tough for folks who have trouble with stairs, especially if they live on higher floors. Plus, the absence of a swimming pool, gym, park, or clubhouse means there aren't many options for exercise or leisure activities right within the community.

Living in our residential society offers a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. The maintenance services provided are excellent, ensuring timely cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises. Regular garbage collection further contributes to the upkeep of our environment. Whether using personal vehicles or public transport, residents benefit from proper parking space allocation and easy accessibility to various transportation options, including autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs, thanks to the excellent connectivity around the society. The road conditions are satisfactory, and street lights function effectively, enhancing safety during nighttime travel. Additionally, functional lifts, timely maintenance of paintings and waterproofing, and a reliable drainage system add to the overall convenience and comfort of living here. amenities such as a swimming pool and gym, all of which are well-maintained and functional, enriching our lifestyle. Moreover, the vibrant neighborhood fosters a sense of community, with residents coming together to celebrate various events and festivals.
Things need improvement
There is no club house in the society, I think there are good amount of space to have a club house which is missing. There are no nearby metro station available around the society.

Living here has been quite comfortable for me. The maintenance is consistently good, ensuring that the surroundings are clean and well-kept. It's reassuring to know that the CCTV and lift are in working order, providing an added layer of security for me and my neighbors. Plus, the connectivity in the area is excellent, making it easy for me to travel and stay connected with the outside world. One of the best parts is having friendly neighbors; it creates a sense of community and support that I truly appreciate. And having parking facilities available is definitely a convenience.
Things need improvement
However, there are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. The absence of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, or parks for kids means there aren't many recreational options within the community. This could be disappointing for residents looking for opportunities to relax or engage in physical activities close to home. While the friendly neighbors help create a sense of community, it would have been nice to have additional communal spaces or facilities to further foster social interaction and connection among residents.

The layout of the society is good, it is very spacious. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. This is a bachelor friendly society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Cracks are seen on the wall. Water proofing is not done properly. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. The society is not maintained, it is not good, lift lobby areas are always messy. hygine is not maintained properly Water supply is not very good. electricity issues are faced. Security system is not good, CCTV is not available. Security guards are not available. Security apps are not available. People are not friendly and cooperative, no cultural events and festivals are celebrated together, people don't involve.

Maintenance is fine, ensuring cleanliness, and there are 24/7 water and electricity supplies with no issues of water logging. Construction quality is satisfactory and well-maintained, without any problems of seepage or termites, and the plaster quality is good. Monthly maintenance charges are applicable, and the installation of CCTVs and lifts adds to security and convenience. There's also a hall and a small park available. The area is safe for night travel, and the residents are friendly, often coming together to celebrate festivals and events.
Things need improvement
Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in the society. It's been suggested that a temple should be built within the community.

I really appreciate the excellent connectivity here; it's so convenient to get around. Having a market and hospital nearby is a huge plus, making life much easier. The maintenance is top-notch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. It's great that there's no swimming pool, clubhouse, or park � less hassle and more focus on what matters. Plus, no leaks or seepage issues is a relief. And the best part? Wonderful neighbors make this place feel like home.
Things need improvement
The only downside I can think of is the absence of green spaces like a park or garden. It would be nice to have a place to relax outdoors and enjoy some greenery.
