The maintenance of the society is excellent, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and proper hygiene. Garbage collection and pest control are timely. CCTV cameras are installed, ensuring a robust security system. The lifts are operational and function properly. There are no significant issues with water supply or electricity. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and well maintained. Overall, the residents are friendly and socially engaged within the community.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is very poor, with frequent seepage, leakage, and issues with wall quality where the plaster easily comes off. The doors are also of poor quality. Termite issues are prevalent. Additionally, there is no metro connectivity near the society.

The society has excellent connectivity with easily accessible public transport options like autos and cabs. It boasts very good construction quality with no issues of seepage or leakage, and the rooms are well-ventilated. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. The residents are friendly and cooperative, actively participating in cultural festivals and events celebrated within the society.
Things need improvement
The society needs to enhance its maintenance standards as cleanliness is not being maintained as expected. Hygiene within the society also requires improvement.

We moved from a society with seven towers, where I lived for three months.the area was open and spacious, with nearby markets and amenities.maintenance was there and its clean . very comfortable for kids to play
Things need improvement
Though there was a gym and swimming pool, the gym lacked proper equipment, and there was no clubhouse then. Most flats were vacant,

Club house, gated community, landscape garden, community hall, swimming pool, table tennis court, gym, etc. are some of the modern facilities that resident can avail here.Connectivity is very good as you can quickly reach the markets, malls, shops, schools, and colleges in just a few minutes. Safety is also of high level which means you can go to work without worrying about your family members which are very important. All public transport options are available at a short distance. Its location is excellent because you get the impression that it is well connected and that you can walk to the nearest bus or auto stop in a matter of minutes

It is completely safe for kids and senior people who require maximum protection. Connectivity is good that it takes very little time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book cabs as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly. The malls, movies halls, schools, colleges, and education institutes are within a reachable distance which makes it more convenient for the parents that the kids do not have to waste time commuting. No crimes are likely taking place in or around the project because of regular police patrols, security guards, and CCTV cameras. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night
