The excellent connectivity of the area, coupled with the availability of public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, ensures that getting around is convenient and hassle-free. The well-maintained roads further contribute to smooth commuting experiences. Residents enjoy the comfort of modern living with elevators installed and meticulously maintained for easy access to different floors. The community boasts uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, providing peace of mind to all residents. One of the standout features of this community is its exceptional construction quality, free from seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation, along with high-quality plaster and fittings, ensures comfortable living spaces for all residents. However, what truly sets this community apart is its vibrant and supportive neighborhood. The residents are not just neighbors but also friends, always ready to lend a helping hand and create a sense of belonging. I'm pleased to note that garbage collection is punctual, and the segregation of wet and dry waste is diligently observed. Additionally, the construction quality of our buildings is commendable, as we haven't encountered issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents is another positive aspect of our community. It's heartening to see everyone come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering a strong sense of unity and belonging.

Things need improvement
I noticed that the amenities in our society are slightly lacking, so I feel there should be some improvement in that regard. Additionally, there are no EV charging sockets in our society, which I believe should be installed as it is a necessity for everyone. Easy access to charging sockets is essential for residents like me who own electric vehicles. Adding this infrastructure would greatly enhance the convenience and sustainability of our community.

Everything is meticulously constructed, including a temple within the society premises where residents can worship. Additionally, there's a Reliance market nearby offering a supermarket, vegetable market, and other goods. Residents can easily find auto cabs right next to the society, and there are numerous hospitals located conveniently nearby for any medical needs.
Things need improvement
In this neighborhood, there's a significant amount of wasted RO water, so it's crucial to address this issue. One suggestion is to halt the waste and consider constructing a water swimming pool within the society, which would greatly benefit the residents. Additionally, there's a concern about water logging on the roads outside the society, especially during rainfall, which can lead to unsanitary conditions.

The construction quality of our flats is top-notch, and it's wonderful to have well-ventilated and spacious living spaces. The fact that we don't have any seepage issues speaks volumes about the attention to detail and maintenance in our community. And having access to amenities like a gym, garden, clubhouse, swimming pool, and ample parking space, including guest parking, truly enhances our living experience. The availability of power backup ensures that we never have to worry about power cuts, and the reliable water supply adds to the convenience of daily life. Moreover, the good connectivity and easy access to public transport and well-maintained roads make getting around hassle-free.

The well-maintained amenities to the reliable services like power backup and water supply, everything seems to be in place. I can't think of anything that's lacking or needs improvement.

Parking was sufficient for everyone. Water was available 24/7. The society maintained cleanliness and hygiene. The market was at a walking distance.
Things need improvement
The residents didn't cooperate with maintaining plants; if you lived on the second floor, those on the first floor would complain about plant growth encroaching on their space, citing concerns about water dripping into their homes. Bachelors weren't permitted in the society. Seepage was a problem during the rainy season. There was no swimming pool, and the garden and play area were small. The lifts weren't properly maintained.

Autos, buses, and cabs are available nearby, just a short walk from the society. The market area is very close to the neighborhood. CCTV and lifts are installed and working well. We have a small gym with the necessary equipment inside. Neighbors are friendly. Festivals are celebrated within the premises. The best thing about the society is how clean it is.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not close by. There's a minor issue with water seepage in the buildings/houses. There aren't any other facilities apart from the gym.

Well-maintained roads and a hospital nearby. BRT services are also available nearby. gym is available. The maintenance charges of the society are reasonable, and maintenance services are also good, ensuring cleanliness within the society.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with seepage. There is no swimming pool in the society. While there are 2BHK units available in the society, having 3BHK units would be preferable.

Quick access to emergency services like fire and police stations is important for our safety. Knowing we can get help quickly if we need it makes us feel secure. Easy access to places like hospitals and grocery stores is also important. It makes life easier and more convenient for everyone in the community

Feeling incredibly satisfied with how things are going shows how positive our environment is and how close-knit our community has become. It's really nice to see that everyone's needs are being taken care of, and we're all doing well in this supportive atmosphere.
