All modern amenities are available and well-maintained in the society. Festivals are celebrated here. Cleanliness is maintained. There is 24*7 water supply. Maintenance charges are justified. Residents are good and friendly. There is no issue of leakage or seepage. The construction quality is good.
Things need improvement
The society's connectivity is a major issue as shared autos are not readily available. Auto drivers are not willing to go with just one passenger; one has to wait until there are enough passengers for the auto to depart.

The society is situated in a prime area with excellent connectivity to autos, buses, and cabs. It offers amenities like a gym and swimming pool, all of which are fully functional and well-managed. The neighbors are very friendly, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage in the flats.
Things need improvement
In my opinion, everything in the society is pretty awesome. I enjoy living here, and there is no need for any improvements. The people in the society are also friendly.

Ventilation is good, sunlight comes in well. The residents are very good, decent. Festivals are celebrated together. There is 24*7 water supply in the society. Ventilation in the flat is also good, plenty of sunlight comes in. Lifts are well maintained. Cleanliness is up to the mark.
Things need improvement
Autos are not readily available near the society. If there are enough passengers, the auto drivers are willing to go to different places, but if there's only one passenger, they refuse to take them. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the main road from the society. Bus services have recently started, but they do not pass through the main road, making it difficult to get off at the main road. Tutors are reluctant to come to the society to teach children because there are no autos available for commuting. The construction quality of the society is very poor. The community market in the society has hardly 4-5 shops, and even for buying sweets, one has to go to the main market, which is very far away. There are no footpaths built near the society, only a cycling track, which has made the roads narrow. The lack of footpaths near the society leads to issues, as seen a few days ago when a person was hit by a car while walking along the road near the society. There should be a club for old age people in the society. Security is not good; there are only 3-4 CCTV cameras, and some young people come and go on bikes near the society at night, which doesn't seem secure. Metro work is carried out near the society at night, causing disturbance. There are no medical facilities or clinics near the society.

Maintenance is top-notch, with a responsive team that addresses issues promptly. The build quality exceeds expectations - our apartment feels solid and well-constructed. The range of amenities, including the landscaped gardens, state-of-the-art gym, and inviting clubhouse, adds significant value to our daily lives. The diverse and friendly community fosters a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Living here has truly enhanced our lifestyle and exceeded our expectations.
Things need improvement
One major frustration with this society is the lack of easy auto accessibility. Ride-sharing services and taxis often struggle to locate the correct entrance, leading to confusion and delays. The drop-off points are poorly designed and far from most blocks, making it inconvenient for elderly residents or when carrying heavy groceries. During peak hours or rainy seasons, getting an auto or cab is nearly impossible due to the society's location off the main road.

The society is okay and well-maintained, with residents who are also good and kind. The construction quality is very good, with no presence of seepage or leakage. Although it would be better if there were solar panels in the society.

Supermarkets, schools, and hospitals were all nearby, and the roads were in excellent condition. Residents enjoyed festivals together in a friendly and peaceful community. The neighborhood boasted first-rate public transportation in the form of autos, buses, and taxis. A play area, clubhouse, garden, gym, and swimming pool were among the well-maintained amenities available to residents. The security guard and CCTV cameras, along with the well-kept elevators, ensured everyone's safety. Living conditions were further enhanced by dependable electrical and water supply. There were no leaks, seepage, cracks, termite issues, or poor building quality issues with the structures. In addition, they included sufficient ventilation, designated parking, and routine garbage pickup.
Things need improvement
The surrounding area provides a comfortable and well-rounded living environment with excellent amenities, consistent services, and a strong sense of community. This is the ideal place for people searching for ease, safety, and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

Public transport options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, providing convenient connectivity. Market areas, schools, and restaurants are all within a 15 to 20-minute distance from the society, making amenities readily available. The maintenance services in the society are efficient, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep. Issues like seepage and leakage are minimal due to good construction quality. Water supply and electricity are available 24/7 without any significant issues.
Things need improvement
When I stayed in the society, there was no swimming pool available as it was still under construction. However, amenities like a swimming pool may have been added since then. Additionally, there was a small leak in the kitchen during my stay, but it was promptly repaired.

Connectivity of the society is suitable with autos and cabs. Maintenance is great with the availability of working lifts, proper waste management and good water and electricity supply. Neighbourhood is polite.
Things need improvement
There is no metro neaby . There can be problems of seepage, leakage and cracks in the building. No swimming pool in the society. Maintenance fees is high.
