The connectivity within the society is excellent, with everything easily accessible. Residents commuting to work regularly have access to public transport options like buses, cars, and taxis. Maintenance and construction quality of the society are commendable, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Nearby grocery shops, medical stores, colleges, and schools are easily accessible, enhancing convenience. A park for children adds to the appeal. The society boasts a spacious parking area, ensuring ample space for residents' vehicles. The community is characterized by kindness and helpfulness among its members. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. Garbage disposal is efficiently managed, and flats are properly ventilated. Both elevators and CCTV systems are in good working condition, ensuring safety and security. Communication and network issues are non-existent. Residents come together to celebrate all festivals, fostering a strong sense of community.
Things need improvement
Overall, the experience was positive, with everything easily accessible nearby. Connectivity was particularly excellent, making life convenient. For those commuting to work daily, there were public transport options like buses and autos available. Additionally, the construction quality of the building was good, with no issues of sealing or seepage, adding to the overall satisfaction.

Roads are good and street lights are also good. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Hospitals are also nearby. Society is located on the highway. Public transports are readily available. Society has provided very defined parking space to all residents and no major issues are faced regarding parking. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Ventilation and sunlight is properly received in all rooms. CCTV cameras are functional. Security guards are available. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
There are seepage issues in my flats, I can't say that the construction quality is good. Traffic issues are faced at times as society is situated on the highway. More cleaning can be done as I feel it's average.

Residents enjoy 24x7 water and electricity supply, as well as functioning lifts, security measures including CCTV surveillance, and easy access to markets just a short walk away.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are exorbitant, and basic amenities like groceries and shops are absent, necessitating online orders. Power supply is unreliable with frequent cuts, exacerbated by subpar electric wiring. Metro connectivity is non-existent, and commuting is challenging, particularly due to heavy traffic on Jessore road. Auto availability is limited, further complicating travel options.

Recently, no services are being provided well in the society, and the maintenance has deteriorated significantly. The maintenance services are not satisfactory, with inadequate cleaning. Moreover, the construction quality of the society is also not up to the mark, with issues like seepage occurring in the flats. Additionally, I feel that there should be malls, restaurants, food shops, and grocery stores around the society, which were previously available but are now missing. This causes a bit more�inconvenience.

The society is very well connected with main road where public transportations are easily available. Metro station is nearby the society. Schools and hospitals are also nearby the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, CCTV cameras are installed and works properly. Electricity and water supply is very good, no such problems are faced. Garbage collections are done on time. In amenities the society has gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area which are properly maintained.
Things need improvement
Major water logging issues are faced around the society. The construction quality is very poor, seepage is a major problem in the society. Neighbours are average, they are not very friendly or either ways in the society.

All modern amenities are available in the society. The roads outside the society are good. Cracks had appeared on the exterior of the building, but they have been repaired by the society. The residents are all good people. There is ample parking available. The lifts are regularly maintained. The auto stand and bus stand are nearby.
Things need improvement
The painting was done when the buildings were constructed, and now it has faded. There is a higher level of iron in the water, which has affected its quality. As a result, we had to install an RO purifier at home. Due to this water quality issue, there is also significant hair loss.
