Our neighborhood offers a multitude of commendable facilities, ensuring a comfortable and secure living environment. The construction quality of our residences is exceptional, devoid of any seepage or termite issues, and complemented by proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings. Residents benefit from modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse, meticulously maintained for optimal functionality. Additionally, our community enjoys excellent connectivity, facilitated by well-kept roads and proximity to a national highway, easing accessibility to essential services like schools, hospitals, and markets. The provision of designated parking spaces, adhering to established rules, contributes to orderly parking arrangements. Essential utilities including 24/7 electricity and water supply are reliably provided, enabling uninterrupted daily routines. The cooperative spirit among our neighbors fosters a supportive atmosphere, with a willingness to assist one another evident. Security is prioritized, evidenced by the presence of elevators, CCTV surveillance, and round-the-clock security personnel. Moreover, our commitment to environmental stewardship is demonstrated through regular garbage collection with conscientious segregation practices. In sum, our neighborhood offers a comprehensive array of amenities and services aimed at enhancing resident well-being and fostering a harmonious community environment.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, we face difficulty in finding public transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs. However, aside from this occasional challenge, everything else about the society is great.

Living in my society offers excellent convenience and comfort in terms of transportation, with various options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs easily accessible just outside. The connectivity is seamless, making commuting hassle-free. I'm pleased with the construction quality of the society, as there have been no issues of seepage or leakage. The perfect air ventilation adds to the comfort of living spaces. The presence of a garden provides a serene and green environment for residents to relax and unwind. Additionally, the availability and functionality of CCTV cameras, along with security guards, contribute to the safety and security of the society.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool is not available. facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are available in the society but nothing are in working condition. Metro is not available. Market areas, grocery, schools, restaurants all are very far from the society, about 10 to 12 kms far. There is lack of communication within the society, people don't want to mix. 10 times in a week the lifts remains no functional and maintenance is not done. Internal issues are resolved by residents, society does not take any responsibilities. Maintenance charges are increased twice a year which is very costly.

Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The spacious park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming.

The society has convenient connectivity, with autos and cabs easily available outside. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are nearby. Road conditions are good, and street lights work well. Ample parking space is allotted to all residents. The society is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic. Garbage collection is timely, and water and electricity supply are reliable. Lifts are functional, and the construction quality is good, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. There are no stray dog issues.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there are no swimming pool or gym facilities available. The playground and park are very small. I believe the cleaning could be improved.

Connectivity was not satisfactory, and transportation was not easily accessible. This posed difficulties for residents who needed to commute daily for work. Additionally, there were occasional issues with seepage.

During the daytime, autos are available near the society. There are no traffic issues around the society, and it is connected to the highway. The residents are good, and all festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no gap in the roads outside the society, making it difficult for children to cross the road. They have to walk a long distance to find a suitable crossing point. Autos are not available during the night.

All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available within the society, providing residents with various recreational options. Additionally, there is a high-security system with CCTV and biometric access in all areas, ensuring the safety of residents. The society also benefits from 24-hour water and power availability, and cleanliness is maintained with garbage collected on time.
Things need improvement
However, there are significant issues with the build quality, as all buildings are experiencing leakage and seepage problems despite not being old. Additionally, the management is poor, and there is no swimming pool available in the society.

Our society has many wonderful amenities, like a great play area and easy access to public transport,The proximity of a mall and market to our society is incredibly convenient. It makes grocery shopping, running errands, and dining out hassle-free. Our society is the high standard of construction and maintenance the buildings and common areas are well-kept.

Lift stuck sometime and here is no swiming pool and No basement area

Gyms and parks were available. CCTV camera and lifts are installed. Neighbours are great.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is very poor. No nearby metro station, no cabs or auto facilities. No swimming pool. Seepage and leakage was a major issue.

It's good to note that while we do experience occasional water supply issues, they're not severe, indicating a relatively stable situation overall. I appreciate the convenience of easily available auto-rickshaws and our good connectivity to the main road, which makes commuting simpler. It's reassuring to have reliable transportation options nearby. I'm impressed by the proactive approach of our maintenance office management. They promptly address any concerns I have, which really contributes to my overall satisfaction with living here. While our maintenance fees are on the higher side, they're comparable to those of similar residences at 1700/month. Considering the range of services provided, I find this fee reasonable. And having a swimming pool here adds a lot of recreational value to our community.
Things need improvement
I share your concern about the lack of CCTV surveillance in lifts � it definitely raises security concerns for us residents. Safety is crucial in residential complexes, and having CCTV in lifts would indeed provide an additional layer of security. While I find the maintenance fees reasonable, I agree that there could be more transparency regarding how these funds are allocated and utilized.
