The availability of auto-rickshaw services and the proximity of the market area are aspects that I find particularly beneficial, as they greatly enhance residents' access to essential amenities and services. I'm pleased to observe the absence of seepage or leakage issues within our society, which speaks volumes about the high construction standards maintained during the building process. It's reassuring to know that our homes are well-built and free from such structural concerns. The good condition of the lifts is also noteworthy, as they ensure smooth vertical transportation for residents, especially those residing in higher floors. Reliable lift functionality is essential for the comfort and convenience of residents, and it's encouraging to see that they are well-maintained. Furthermore, I appreciate the implementation of gate apps as part of our security measures, reflecting a commitment to enhancing security within our community.
Things need improvement
The absence of a garden area is a bit inconvenient, as it could provide residents with a space for relaxation and leisure activities. Additionally, the presence of pigeons making the society dirty is not a pleasant sight and detracts from the overall ambiance. Moreover, the lack of a sitting or resting area further limits the options for residents to unwind and socialize within the community.

Public transports like auto, rikshaw, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. collages, schools and markets all are nearby the society. Roads are in good condition. Street lights are in working condition. Metro is also nearby. Maintenance of the society is very good. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. Water and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society which is amazing. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Layout is good. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Security guards are also good. Elevators are installed and preventive care is done. No parking issues are faced. Parking is alloted to all. People are very cordial and friendly. People follows all pet rules, there are no issues at all.
Things need improvement
Hospital is not available nearby the society. There is no visitor's parking available in the society. Guests has to park their cars outside. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house and play area are not available in the society. There is no solar pannels installed in the society.

Residents value the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming. Additionally, internet and phone services consistently deliver reliable performance.
Things need improvement
It was a hassle-free experience with everything easily accessible. The people in the society were great. However, the lack of a swimming pool was disappointing. Maintenance could be improved further.

One significant concern is the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. These facilities would significantly enhance our quality of life by offering more opportunities for recreation and social interaction. Another issue is the parking situation, which can be frustrating and inconvenient for residents.

You can easily find auto-rickshaws nearby, and there are no traffic problems. The roads outside the building are in good shape, and we haven't had any issues with leaks or water seeping in. The people who live here are pretty good, and the elevators work well. We've got water all the time, and the maintenance fees we pay seem fair for what we get.
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have much to offer in terms of modern amenities, except for a small garden. Parking is a bit of a free-for-all, as there's no designated parking for everyone, and people can park wherever they find space since there's no basement parking. And unfortunately, things aren't kept very clean around here.

First of all, the maintenance charges are reasonable. The build quality is strong and steady. Rooms are spacious and well-designed with proper ventilation. All festivals are celebrated in the society, promoting good socialization. 24-hour water and electricity are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The railway station is located far away from the society. Parking is a major issue and is not allocated to each flat. There is no swimming pool or clubhouse in the society; only a small garden is available. Security is poor, as anyone is allowed entry randomly, and it should be improved. The maintenance system is very poor, and negligence is prevalent.

Autos are available near the society. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no leakage issues in my flat. The residents are very nice and celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well-maintained, and there is good ventilation in the flats. The security of the society is good as well.
Things need improvement
There's a bit of a traffic issue near the society. The taps in the flats often get damaged. Parking space is quite limited in the society, so four-wheelers have to be parked outside. The play area is small, and there are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or garden.
