Amenities provided are comprehensive and cater to all age groups, adding significant value to the living experience. The community is notably friendly, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for all residents.
Things need improvement
Despite its stellar connectivity and well-maintained premises, the society still has room for improvement in terms of enhancing the overall living experience. While the construction quality is good, some might find the amenities lacking variety or modernity. Additionally, though the community is generally friendly, occasional issues with social cohesion could be better managed.

Our society has modern amenities like a gym, playground, and garden. There's good public transport connectivity with autos and buses nearby. We celebrate all festivals like Holi and Diwali. Malls and markets are easily accessible nearby. The construction quality is good, and ventilation is excellent, so there are no issues. Parking is available in the society. Cleaning is absolutely perfect, and maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is well-managed. The monthly maintenance fee is _700. We never face issues with water logging. Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. There's no problem with water logging. The quality of roads is also good.
Things need improvement
However, there is no swimming pool in the society. The metro station is 2 kilometers away from the society. Overall, everything is running smoothly and well in our society.

Water was available 24/7 in the society. The residents were decent, cooperative, and friendly. Public transport was easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society was not good, and the colors of the buildings were not pleasing. The balconies of the flats were small. There was a slight leakage issue in the flat. There were no modern amenities available. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was a slight traffic issue near the society.

Everything is great around the society - malls, markets, schools for kids, and hospitals are all nearby. Public transport is easily available, and even during the rainy season, parking is never an issue. There are no problems like seepage or dampness. Garbage collection is timely, and cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained. Lifts and CCTV are also well maintained. Cultural events are celebrated with a lot of joy. The paint is also fresh and looks great.
Things need improvement
The parking space is asmall. Ventilation isn't proper, and the windows aren't in good condition. kids don't play in the play area; only older kids do. Gym , swimming pool are not available in this society .

Amenities includes gym, clubhouse , community hall and park . No issues regarding leakage , seepage or cracks in the building. People celebrate festivals together. Good water and electricity supply with good security and parking facilities. Autos and cabs are easily available nearby.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society which can be an issue for people who love to swim or swim daily as a habit . No other issues in the society regarding anything.

Auto and cabs are easily available near by even malls and market are near by the society. There is club house,kids play area play ground and gym in the society and everything is highly maintained and fully functional. Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors. 24 hours electricity and water is available in the society. No broker hood app is used for guest entry in the society and all the areas are under cctv survilance so the society has high security. All the people are helpful to each other and all the festivals are celebrated all together in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are available only for the common areas of the society. There is no swimming pool in the society. Minor leakage and seepage issues are there which is resolved by the managing commitee.

Auto,cabs are easily approachable,metro and bus services are easily available near by the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable and managment is prompt to resolve issues if comes accross. There is club house,gym,kids play area in the society which is well eqquioed and functional. Allocated parking is available for owners. 24 hours water and power is available in the society. High security to the residents as no brokerhood and cctv facilities has been adopted. All the festivals are celebrated in the society socialism is really good.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are not provided in the society which causes inconvenient during power cuts mostly during rainy season. Buid quality has deminised as there are minor issues regarding leakage and fitting of doors and walls of washroom but the managing committe takes care to fix it. Visitors parking is not available in the society. There is no swimming pool in the society.

The maintenance charges for staying in any of the suitable apartments in Madhuram Royal are quite affordable for everyone. At the same time, the construction quality of this housing complex is nice.
