The build quality of the apartments is excellent, and there have been no problems in my flat so far. The fittings provided by the building are of good standard. All modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, garden, and park are available and well-maintained. This is a family-friendly residency, but bachelors are also allowed to live in the society. The residents are cooperative and friendly. Security is ensured with guards stationed at all entrances and CCTV coverage in all areas. Stray dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the society, although domestic pets are allowed with proper rules and regulations for pet owners to follow. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and cleaning is done on a daily basis with segregation of wet and dry garbage. Water tank cleaning is conducted periodically. Street lights are operational during nighttime for safety. Overall, the children's play area and other amenities are well-maintained for the enjoyment�of�residents.

The society hosts various events for the children, and festivals are celebrated on a grand scale. There is uninterrupted 24-hour water and electricity supply. Designated parking spaces are available for owners and visitors. The basement does not face any issues, and there are no waterlogging problems inside or outside the society. The community is supportive and cooperative, with garbage being collected daily and hygiene standards maintained. The rooms are spacious, and adequate sunlight and ventilation have been provided. Overall, it sounds like a well-managed and welcoming society with a range of amenities and a positive community�atmosphere.

In my opinion, the builder has compromised significantly on the quality of the building that was delivered. All the tiles in the bathrooms have become damaged, requiring replacement not only in my flat but also in several others. The entire cost of this expense has to be borne by the owners themselves. The maintenance team has not addressed these issues. Additionally, there are numerous problems with leakages and seepages throughout the society. The walls provided by the builder were of very poor quality, necessitating their replacement�as�well.
