Things need improvement
The society was impeccably maintained, with all amenities in excellent condition. Parking was abundant, and connectivity was robust, with easy access to public transport. No improvements were deemed necessary within the community.

The construction quality of the society is very poor because low-quality materials have been used. Additionally, the amenities in the society are all very small, which is inadequate considering the size of the society. For example, the park is too small, which I believe is wrong and should be improved because the amenities should be proportional to the size of the society. Otherwise, the society�is�okay.

In my experience, living in our society has been generally positive. We have several amenities like the swimming pool and gym, which are great for leisure and fitness activities. Security measures are also adequate, providing a sense of safety for residents. overall maintenance is good, and cleanliness is well taken care of. Having a nearby market area adds to the convenience of daily life. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. However, we do face some challenges such as occasional power cuts, which can be inconvenient, particularly during essential tasks. Additionally, tap clogging and flow issues are a concern as they affect daily routines and need to be addressed promptly.

The build quality of the apartments is excellent, and there have been no problems in my flat so far. The fittings provided by the building are of good standard. All modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, garden, and park are available and well-maintained. This is a family-friendly residency, but bachelors are also allowed to live in the society. The residents are cooperative and friendly. Security is ensured with guards stationed at all entrances and CCTV coverage in all areas. Stray dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the society, although domestic pets are allowed with proper rules and regulations for pet owners to follow. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and cleaning is done on a daily basis with segregation of wet and dry garbage. Water tank cleaning is conducted periodically. Street lights are operational during nighttime for safety. Overall, the children's play area and other amenities are well-maintained for the enjoyment�of�residents.
Things need improvement
There are some issues with the property promoters and the Resident Welfare Association (RWA). The response from the property promoters is delayed, and the handover of finances and the building to the RWA is still pending. It's important that these matters are addressed promptly and efficiently to ensure smooth operations and management of the society. The RWA should work towards firming up their structure and completing the handover process as soon as possible to address�these�concerns.

Our maintenance department is doing an excellent job in maintaining the exterior and overall upkeep of the building to prolong its lifespan. The connectivity around the society is outstanding, allowing for safe travel even at night. All modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kitchen area, gym, park, and garden are available and meticulously maintained. The society hosts various events for the children, and festivals are celebrated on a grand scale. There is uninterrupted 24-hour water and electricity supply. Designated parking spaces are available for owners and visitors. The basement does not face any issues, and there are no waterlogging problems inside or outside the society. The community is supportive and cooperative, with garbage being collected daily and hygiene standards maintained. The rooms are spacious, and adequate sunlight and ventilation have been provided. Overall, it sounds like a well-managed and welcoming society with a range of amenities and a positive community�atmosphere.
Things need improvement
In my opinion, the builder has compromised significantly on the quality of the building that was delivered. All the tiles in the bathrooms have become damaged, requiring replacement not only in my flat but also in several others. The entire cost of this expense has to be borne by the owners themselves. The maintenance team has not addressed these issues. Additionally, there are numerous problems with leakages and seepages throughout the society. The walls provided by the builder were of very poor quality, necessitating their replacement�as�well.
