Well-ventilated rooms with ample sunlight create a pleasant living environment, and water supply is consistently reliable, with no water logging issues within the society. A vibrant social life thrives within the society, characterized by friendly and cooperative residents who celebrate major cultural festivals and events together. Residents enjoy uninterrupted electricity supply. Parking facilities, including guest parking, are conveniently provided within the society premises. Additionally, residents have access to amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, enhancing their quality of life.

Essential services and amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are located nearby, adding to the convenience. The neighborhood adheres to organized parking rules, providing designated parking to each resident. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, enhancing the living experience in multi-story buildings. The availability of consistent electricity and water supply ensures daily life is not disrupted. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, providing recreational options for the residents.

CCTV surveillance covers all areas, and guards utilize migrant facilities to enhance security, ensuring round-the-clock safety. Additional safety features like fire exits and fire lifts further enhance the living experience. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making this society a desirable�place�to�live.

Additionally, there is a lack of open space within the premises. In terms of connectivity, the absence of a nearby metro station and limited availability of auto-rickshaws and cabs near the society pose challenges for transportation. The build quality is subpar, with minor infrastructure issues such as leakages, wall cracks, and unsatisfactory plumbing throughout the building. These factors may impact the overall living experience and require attention for�improvement.

Living in this society is truly a delight. I take pride in how clean and well-maintained our surroundings are, with proper hygiene standards upheld. Garbage collections are always done on time, keeping our environment tidy. It's great having a playground for kids right here in the society, providing a safe space for them to play and have fun. The road conditions are excellent, and the functional streetlights ensure safety, especially at night. With ample parking space available, parking is never a hassle. Inside our apartments, I'm relieved that there are no seepage or leakage issues, and the ventilation is excellent. Having a spacious balcony adds to the charm of our living space. Security is top-notch here, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring our safety. I'm grateful for the peace of mind they provide. Our elevators are always in good condition, making it easy to navigate our building. One of the things I love most about living here is the sense of community fostered by the cultural festivals and events organized regularly. It's wonderful to come together with neighbors and celebrate our diverse cultures.

Inside the society, all modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, recreational area, and gym were available. Tenants were permitted to use these facilities at no extra cost. Security was ensured with CCTV surveillance covering all areas, round-the-clock guard presence, and thorough verification of everyone entering through the gates. The society had continuous water and utility supply. People in the community were cooperative, and there was no discrimination between owners and tenants. A dedicated maintenance team ensured daily cleanliness and garbage collection, maintaining a high level of hygiene throughout�the�society.

Things need improvement

When I lived in that society, it was relatively new. However, the build quality was not great. The walls were particularly weak; when I tried to hang something, the plaster of Paris (POP) would fall off, and I couldn't even put up a hook securely. The rooms were not soundproof either. Additionally, the society lacked convenient access to public transport like the metro. The approach road to the society was also in poor condition and not�well-developed.

Both owners and visitors benefit from allocated parking spaces. Security is ensured with 24/7 guards and CCTV surveillance in all areas. Maintenance fees are reasonable and paid by owners, while rental costs are also reasonable for the area. There is no discrimination between owners and tenants, and the people are cooperative and friendly, creating a pleasant living environment�in�the�society.

The lifts experience frequent breakdowns, leading to inconvenience and accessibility issues for occupants. Although maintenance responses are prompt, recurring problems persist with plumbing, including significant water pressure issues.

Build quality is excellent as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage even the fitting of the apartment is strong. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. All the amenities are available like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area,playground etc and everything is highly maintained and charges for maintainance is also reasonable compare to area. 24 hours power and water supply is available in the society. Good celebration of the festivals and events in the society. Security is very high and full power back up facilities are provided.

Things need improvement

Earlier there was bus services available just front of the society but now the bus facilities are available around 300 meters away from the society. Metro is not there near by the society. Charges for power back up facilities are high in the society.
