The absence of a lift in the society is a concern for residents. Additionally, there are no amenities such as a clubhouse or gym area. The railway station is quite a distance away from the society, which can be inconvenient for commuters.

Cabs and autos are not readily available within the society, which proves inconvenient for residents. The water supply situation is concerning, with availability being erratic and unreliable. Additionally, when booking cabs, residents often face long wait times, up to 20 minutes, further adding to the inconvenience.

The society lacks essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, which diminishes residents' quality of life. Additionally, the buildings are old, and facilities are only accessible outside the society, causing inconvenience to residents. Celebrations are not organized within the society, affecting community engagement. Traffic congestion is a prevalent issue within the society, further adding to residents' daily challenges. Moreover, ongoing metro construction between 2-3 kilometers from the society contributes to disruptions and inconvenience for residents.

There is no club area available in the society. Gym also not provied in the society.

The construction quality in other blocks of the society is there, raising concerns among residents. Moreover, the lack of amenities within the society premises is a significant drawback, with facilities only available outside and at a considerable distance from the society. The presence of a main road in front of the society leads to excessive pollution and noise pollution, adversely affecting the living environment. Furthermore, hospitals are located approximately 2-3 kilometers away from the society, which may pose challenges during emergencies.
