The efforts of a capable secretary in maintaining the society's cleanliness and regular upkeep are invaluable, as it ensures a pleasant and hygienic living environment for everyone. Overall, having a supportive and well-organized community can truly enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Things need improvement
They're being investigated for being corrupt and overcharging us. Their attitude of being in charge and constantly sending us fake bills makes living here unpleasant. Also, the pipes are often leaking, which just adds to the problems we have to deal with as residents.
