Furthermore, the construction quality of our buildings is exceptional, with no issues related to seepage or termite infestation. Proper ventilation is ensured throughout the premises, contributing to a healthy and comfortable living environment. The plaster and fittings are of high quality, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal of our community. We take pride in our environmentally conscious approach to waste management, with regular garbage collection that includes effective segregation of wet and dry waste. Additionally, residents benefit from uninterrupted access to essential utilities, with 24/7 electricity and water supply. Parking is a breeze, with designated spaces allocated to each resident and strict adherence to parking rules. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and meticulously maintained, offering opportunities for fitness and socialization. Beyond the physical infrastructure, our society is distinguished by its vibrant sense of community. Things need improvement
There is disturbance caused by people with pets. Some residents feel that the presence of pets creates disturbances and inconveniences for others. As a result, there are suggestions that pets should not be allowed in the society at all. Addressing this concern and finding a balanced solution that respects the needs of all residents would contribute to a more harmonious living environment for everyone.

The society enjoys great connectivity, with public transportation readily accessible within walking distance. I personally use my car for travel and have a designated parking space within the society. Local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. Guest parking facilities are also available within the society. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed by the society management. The CCTV cameras and elevators are regularly maintained, and I've never encountered any issues with them. The security guards are helpful and vigilant. Paintings and waterproofing are conducted on schedule, ensuring the longevity of the buildings. Our society is pet-friendly, accommodating furry companions. Waterlogging problems are non-existent in our vicinity. The residents are friendly and sociable, often organizing events and festivals efficiently. Modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained within the society.
Things need improvement
The connecting roads outside the society are not in a good condition. Previously my flat had issues with seepage but that was resolved by the society.

Furthermore, the surrounding roads were impeccably maintained, free of potholes, enhancing the overall appeal of the area.

The connectivity around the society was notably lacking, with no local transportation available nearby, necessitating travel over considerable distances. While the construction of the society was satisfactory, there was a minor issue with the sea beach. I believe there was room for improvement in terms of amenities, particularly for children's play areas, which could have been developed further to enhance the overall experience.

Additionally, there is a major issue with the water supply from the municipal corporation, as it only happens once a day, causing inconvenience. Moreover, there is no supply of tanker water here, which adds to the water problem. Despite these issues, the society�is�quite�good.

Auto and cabs are easily available near the society, and schools and hospitals are also nearby. All modern amenities in the society are fully functional and accessible to tenants. The society has a high-security system with CCTV surveillance in all areas. The community is good and helpful, and the society is neat, clean, and hygienic.
Things need improvement
The construction has aged, leading to minor issues with seepage and some cracks on the apartment walls. Each flat has only one allotted parking space, with no visitor parking available. Power backup facilities are provided only for the common areas in the society.
