The lifts are well-maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly. The building's painting is also done when required. There are amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained. The society hosts various events, and everyone comes together to celebrate festivals. The people are friendly and helpful. public transport options are easily available, and cabs come without any difficulty. The roads are good, and there's a parking area within the society. The flats are well-built with good ventilation and balconies that receive sunlight.
Things need improvement
The metro station is a bit far from the society. there is a slight seepage problem in the society. They should address the seepage issue and resolve it as soon as possible because everything else in the society is good this is the only drawback.
