Must say, CBR Aavani is the most promising residential project. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings are very good and latest. Excellent location and amenities. Clubhouse with children play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, and others.

I am so far happy with project experience. I got the 3D version of rooms and overall project, i am really convinced. Still being constructed so dust and all is there but temporary. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there.
