The area boasts excellent connectivity, with various public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The well-maintained roads make commuting a breeze. For daily needs, schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are strictly followed to ensure orderliness. We benefit from uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, providing peace of mind. Elevators are installed for easy access to all floors, and regular garbage collection, with proper segregation, keeps the environment clean and hygienic. Overall, our community offers a comfortable and convenient lifestyle, with attention to quality, amenities, and essential services.

We didn't have any issues with seepage or leakage, and the parking area was spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone's vehicles. Connectivity was outstanding, making everything easily accessible for residents. For those who needed to commute for work, public transport options like buses, autos, and taxis were readily available. Nearby, we had grocery shops, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges, making life incredibly convenient. Amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and clubhouses were all well-maintained, and there was even a large park for the kids to enjoy. The people in the society were kind-hearted, and communication or network problems were virtually non-existent. Plus, we never had any issues with water supply, and security was tight, providing residents with peace of mind.

Overall, the experience was positive. Everything was easily accessible, especially with the market conveniently nearby. The construction quality was satisfactory, and we didn't encounter any issues with the water supply, so no further improvements were needed in that regard.

Things need improvement
However, malls and market areas are not available in & around the society area, so thats a drawback. And mobile network issues do exist.

Additionally, the layout of the society is very good with well-ventilated flats, and the maintenance is excellent with timely garbage collection and cleanliness maintained throughout the society. Furthermore, amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are�also�available.

The construction quality of the society is slightly poor because the materials used may be of slightly inferior quality. There is a problem with seepage, especially on the lower floors, which might be due to the proximity to the seepage. Apart from this seepage issue, there are no other problems�in�the�society.

Transport like auto, Ola, and Uber were easily available. Cleanliness was maintained well. Earlier the builder was mainatining, but now the society residents have taken over the maintenance. Amenities like gym and club house are available. The people are also good and it is a very happening society.

There is no metro station nearby

The benefits of staying here include a comfortable environment and adequate security. The infrastructure is excellent and regular maintenance is carried out. The parks and streets are well maintained. Children can enjoy the lush green parks, and there are numerous schools and colleges nearby so learning is not a problem.
