Living in our society has been a delightful experience overall. The construction quality of our flats is commendable, providing well-ventilated and spacious living spaces without any issues of seepage. It's reassuring to know that our homes are structurally sound and comfortable. Furthermore, having all amenities available within the society adds to the convenience and enjoyment of living here. Whether it's the gym, clubhouse, or recreational areas, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The functioning committee, led by a president known to everyone, ensures that community affairs are well-managed and residents' needs are addressed effectively. What truly sets our society apart is the friendly and cooperative nature of the people living here. The sense of camaraderie and mutual support makes it feel like one big family. Additionally, the location of our society is ideal, with markets, schools, and hospitals nearby. The well-maintained roads further enhance connectivity and ease of commuting.
Things need improvement
One issue is the decreased availability of public transport, which has slightly affected connectivity and created some inconvenience for residents. Improving access to public transportation could help alleviate this problem and enhance overall mobility. Another aspect that could be improved is the functionality of the lifts. While they generally serve their purpose, there may be occasional issues or delays that could be addressed to ensure smoother operation and greater reliability for residents.

Tthe construction quality, particularly concerning water logging during the monsoon season. The construction quality of the society is exceptional, with spacious and well-ventilated flats that offer a comfortable living space. The maintenance services in our society are top-notch, with everything provided on time and without any issues. It's reassuring to know that we have reliable water supply and power backup, ensuring that we never have to worry about disruptions. Parking is also not a problem, as everyone has allotted parking spaces. Additionally, the connectivity of our society is excellent, with easily accessible roads and various public transportation options nearby, including autos, cabs, and a nearby metro station and market.
Things need improvement
Everything is already well-maintained and the surrounding roads are in good condition, it's natural to feel that there's no immediate need for further improvements.

I found the construction quality of the buildings to be quite impressive, offering spacious flats without any water leakage issues, despite the proximity to the sea beach. Maintenance services were prompt and efficient, ensuring the upkeep of the society. Security measures were satisfactory, and the provision of allotted parking spaces helped alleviate any parking concerns. Moreover, the society's connectivity was convenient, with easy access to autos, cabs, markets, and schools nearby.
Things need improvement
The society boasted several amenities, although the absence of a gym or swimming pool was noticeable, which could have enhanced its appeal. Nevertheless, the presence of a badminton court added value to the offerings. Overall, the society was satisfactory, but the addition of a gym or swimming pool would have been a welcomed improvement.

The society is right next to the highway. The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. We have never faced water logging and water supply issues. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. The roads are broadened now and it's well connected to main areas. The construction quality is good, seepage and leakage isuues are not faced in the society. The rooms are quite huge and spacious. There is a swimmingpool available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative in the society. The condition of the buildings are good so no such paintings are needed. Garbage collections are done on time. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. There are staffs employed for maintaining the society.
Things need improvement
The builder has not built any other amenities like gym, club house in the society, it might be builded but it's not functional.
