Cab and auto-rickshaw stands are also within easy walking distance, and booking Ola and Uber is convenient. Metro stations are located within 300 meters of the society. Despite being a small society, essential facilities such as grocery stores, supermarkets, and fruit shops are within walking distance from the city. Parking spaces within the society are also very spacious.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in this city are considered expensive. There is no designated visitor parking area within the society, and community celebrations or festivals with gatherings are not organized here.

The construction quality is poor, leading to issues like leakages, seepage, and plumbing problems in the bathrooms within the society. Maintenance charges are high, and there are significant traffic issues near the busy area, causing inconvenience.

Parking is never a hassle, with ample space available for residents and visitors . Amenities abound in our community, catering to every age group. From a swimming pool to a kids' play area, gym, walking track, club house, and community hall, there's something for everyone. Maintenance is top-notch, with no water or power shortages, and regular cleaning and garbage collection keeping our surroundings pristine. Our apartment building is well-maintained, with no leakages or issues with ventilation. The lifts are in proper working condition, ensuring easy access for all residents. Overall, it's a wonderful place to call home, where comfort, convenience, and community come together seamlessly.

Facilities like supermarkets and vegetable markets are available within a 20-meter distance from the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily from door to door in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. The greenery of the society is very pleasant, and walking areas are spacious. Schools are also available within a 400-meter distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available in the city, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality is very poor; there are some external cracks in the walls, which is very inconvenient. The age of the building is around 10 years, so there are some minor issues there. Maintenance charges are expensive, and there is no visitor parking area in the society.

Residents celebrate every festival, like Diwali, Holi, and others, as a family in the society. Additionally, there is a small temple nearby, the Hanuman temple, within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool in the society is closed due to water scarcity, and maintenance charges are expensive. Additionally, the road area outside the society is full of dust, contributing to pollution around the society.

Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, and community hall enhance the quality of life. Construction-wise, the rooms are well-ventilated, ensuring a comfortable living environment.

The kids' play area is very spacious and well-maintained. We can celebrate every festival in the society together, like Diwali, Ganesh Navratri, Durga Puja, Halloween, Eid, and Christmas, just like a family. Parking area is very spacious, and there is also a visitor parking area in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor because it's an old building, around 15 years old. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available but poorly maintained. Maintenance should be improved; for instance, cleaning is not good outside of the society and needs improvement. The roads are also in poor condition; there are cracks and holes inside the society.

Construction-wise, our rooms are well-ventilated, promoting a comfortable living environment for all.

Cleaning standards in this society are subpar, resulting in unsanitary conditions and dissatisfaction among residents due to inadequate maintenance and cleanliness protocols.

Within the community, there's ample parking space, and street lights illuminate the area. Every month, a fee of Rs. 4000 is collected to ensure daily cleaning of floors and open areas, as well as garbage collection. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, squash court, kids' play area, community hall, walking track, and gardens are available. Construction-wise, I've never faced issues like cracks; ventilation and air circulation are excellent. Overall, the balcony is a wonderful space to enjoy without any mistakes.

Road issues in the society include potholes, inadequate maintenance, congestion during peak hours, and lack of proper signage, which hinder smooth traffic flow and pose safety risks.
