The cleanliness is well-maintained and it doesn't get too dirty. The neighbors are also good and helpful when needed. The society has good connectivity, with auto rickshaws and buses readily available on time. Residents do not have to travel far to access these
Things need improvement
Essential amenities including a gym, pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are absent from the community. These recreational and exercise amenities are not available to residents. The community's convenience and general quality of life are impacted by the lack of facilities.

Additionally, the availability of hospitals within walking distance further enhances the society's appeal, ensuring residents' well-being and accessibility to healthcare services.
Things need improvement
The absence of cabs and autos within the society poses a transportation challenge for residents. Additionally, limited water facility and the lack of amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym may affect residents' comfort and convenience. Furthermore, the distance to the railway station, 7 kilometers away, adds to commuting difficulties. These issues highlight the need for improvements to enhance the overall living experience in the society.

The construction quality of Sri Ram Avenue is really amazing. Different types of innovative 3D floor plans and lots of modern designs are incorporated within every apartment in Sri Ram Avenue.

Sri Ram Avenue is one of the most attractive housing complexes located in a nice area of Chennai. Some trees are standing around the entire residential property to make it look more presentable.
