In Irumpuliyur, there is a large housing development. The journey to the roads is a nightmare. If you continue to travel to this location on a daily basis, you will develop back pain. The flat is fine for the price, however it is far from the main road, there are no local shops nearby, and it is not safe to move in or out at night.

Ruby Residency is a type of community located in Tambaram, 3 kilometres from Tambaram Railway Station and 1.5 kilometres from the major road. There is no public transport. If you have your own vehicle, it is preferable to use a cab. It has one storey above ground and one below ground. It's good if you have a designated parking space; otherwise, it's a bit of a hassle. Rent is lower, and water is provided 24 hours a day. The mobile network is really poor. There is just BSNL optic fibre broadband accessible.
